I had been wanting to rent a Polaris rzr during our Mt Rushmore trip but am really bad at planning things in advance. I stopped at D&K because they had ATVs sitting out front and I figured one would be available even with my lack of planning. The woman in the general store there had to call the owner but he came down right away and got us a rental agreement and we were on our way. Definitely worth the money to go out and explore the black hills by yourself. You will see wilderness that you would never see on the side of a road. He accepts credit cards as well. Super nice guy.

Had an outstanding time. We rented four ATVs. All the bikes were in great working order. The people were super nice. The trails were as easy or hard as you wanted. The scenery was spectacular. I would definitely rent from here again. I would also recommend DK.

Kevin and son were great hosts. Rented a 4 person RZR from them and had an awesome time with wife and 2 teenage boys.Kevin set us up with a map, provided options for where to go, points of interest, even installed a map on my phone that works offline with no cell service, which made it VERY easy to find our way around. You will not find better people than SDans, and they’re no exception. We’ll be back for sure because as others have said, some of the sites just aren’t accessible by truck and when they make it this easy, it’s a no brainer. Tons of fun, great guys that make it easy for the customer.

Machines were very well maintained and they were very easy to work with. Only thing I'd say is that their map could be improved a bit. Wasn't very easy to ready so glad we had an app ready to go.

We were first to get there and they were fully booked. They gave us the dirtiest vehicle and wouldn't wash it off even after we complained. The rest of the vehicles were all clean. Maybe because we were three American Indians and one African American.

I reserved a machine from Kevin on my birthday, he was very friendly and helpful getting us going. Even loaned us some bungee cords to secure the cooler to the back of the rzr. Definitely the best rates in the hills, especially in prime trail country! Seen wildlife while out riding which was a pleasant surprise as well.Thanks D&K for a great birthday adventure!!

Had an absolute blast running a Polaris RZR 900 all over the back country of South Dakota. I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a rock and flattened a tire... thankfully another couple that was out on their UTV (who we had never met before) loaned us their jack and spare tire to drive back to D&K.Upon arrival back, Kevin was very helpful and quickly got us outfitted with a replacement tire and we returned the loaned spare to our new friends.Given the unfortunate experience, we were given extra ride time to go out and keep exploring. There was a very modest charge for the tire I damaged, which I was happy to pay given if I had my own machine it would have cost me.One of the highlights is their location has some excellent trails with spectacular views.Excellent service and a ton of fun. Thank you!

Fun times! Good people, easy rentals, and great machines. They go through big mud holes and rock ridges. The back country of the Hills is beautiful. Had rained for days prior and was very muddy. We had a great experience, got waaay out there, and rode almost 50 miles today, found some very narrow and difficult forest trails.

Kevin and his team are awesome. This was the second year renting from them. This time we rented the ATV for 2 days as we had so much fun last year on just a 1 day rent. They will even deliver and pick up for a small additional fee but we'll worth it we thought. We will for sure be back again.

A lot of fun but a little scary! Our first trail was pretty intense but well worth it! The map is a bit confusing if your directionally challenged like me- but my husband understood it for the most part.

Called day ahead for a reservation expecting nothing available, but they had a RZR available, and a great rate! Arrived just before 9am and they were excellent for getting us on the trails in less than 15 minutes and some very great trails with beautiful scenery and technical adventures! I did not rent from D&K but I will tell you the owner was one of the best owners I have talked to across the Black Hills. I had 2 tires that were low on my 4 wheeler and had my own pump but he offered his for use which doesn't seem like much but trust me it is when you meet some of the other renters. I also needed a place to park and he offered it to me and he didn't need to do that either. I highly recommend stopping and talking to D&K and rent from him. You will be in the middle of the Black Hills and can go about anywhere from there.

My family of four rented two side by sides to hit the trails with and all of us had a blast. We went and saw the Nemo flags on the bluffs and then headed down to Piedmont for lunch. We had a mishap and causing a blown tire. We called the office and they came out and had us back up and running. So glad we had rented here. Great customer service. Thanks again.

Had a great time ... Will definitely do it again... If you go with a group bring goggles so as to not get dirt in your eyes and some face protection like bandana or something like it.. over all wonderful time ..
