Never has high test gasoline. Dated. Needs a face lift. The staff are courteous, and friendly. Lots of tractor trailers so we assume the showers are quality and clean. Diesel must be good . Parked over night . Seems safe. On i90 exit. Generally has fresh roller grill items. On property subway too.

I've been here a few times. Decent parking. Even with the lot full, showers are available. Took two showers over my 10 hr break. Both times there was someone back there hustling to get the showers clean for the next driver-refreshing to see at a pilot. Subway is good too!

Easy on and off busy gas station with better than average gas prices. Plenty of rig parking and designated RV gas pumps. Very congested at the regular pumps. Inside the bathrooms were clean, groceries, sundries, and souvenirs were well stocked with excellent variety. There are soda fountain machines as well. Cashiers were friendly and courteous. There is a subway located inside.

What a dump. Doesn’t clean snow. Pumps are broken and no signs telling you. If I didn’t have to stop here because of the fj pilot of my company’s choosing I would avoid patronage. A shame of what the o triple h has become

The women’s bathroom was pretty dirty. They stock piled toilet paper in there indicating that they will not be cleaning regularly. Subway and convince store was good.

My wife and I are moving from Chicago to Rapid City, and this is the only bathroom along our route that was in bad shape.It looks like someone tried putting some clear silicone to stop the water leak on one of the urinals... The pipes from the wall, all the way to the urinal hookup, are loose.Please hire a plumber to put some Teflon Tape on the pipes, and tighten them. Because who ever installed and/or is doing the maintenance. Has no idea what they are doing.

Susan was very helpful! She went out of her way and made sure we got what we needed which was great. The customer service is 5 stars. The bathrooms were just cleaned that was great as well as the inside of the store it was clean and tidy it made finding things easier. Thank you employees of this Pilot, keep up the good work!

Gas pump needs recalibrated and very slow. When we stopped for gas we had 3/8 tank left, some how it was able to pump over 20 gallons into our truck that has a 21 gallon tank. So we were charged for an extra few gallons of gas. Clerks wouldn't do anything about it.

"Subway closed due to no staffing"Alright, let's call a spade a spade, here.The issue isn't staffing, the issue is you refuse to pay people a liveable wage, so they seek employment elsewhere.If you offered competitive pay, your "Aww boo hoo nobody will work for us so we had to close the subway" problem goes away completely.I guess this Pilot values a couple dollars an hour over allowing professional drivers to eat fresh food.Greed wins out again, huh?

Typical truck stop... restrooms out of order...go to Subway wanting a turkey slider with lettuce instead of spinach and I'm told they can't do that!?!? The lettuce and spinach are right next to each other! And hey management..don't reply with a "we would be happy to discuss any issues" because my "issues" are with sorry wannabe truck stops like pilot/fj.

Had to stop in Murdo, SD to get gas on our way to the Black Hills. I noticed the police cars have In God We Trust written on them. This was just one of many things that South Dakota has that Minnesota is lacking.

Do not stop at the Murdo, SD location. The pumps were so slow it took us 20 minutes to fill a 30 gallon tank. And so slow the auto shut off didn't work and spilled gas all over my shoes. Complete cluster with people waiting and no ice.

Stopped here in murdo 5/21/23 around 5pm strange very nasty probably lazy cleaning lady says quote “showers are down for the day” not out of order just down for the day… no care or regard or respect that they are the only main chain truck stop with showers either direction for many miles… suggest don’t stop here if you must well then spend the least amount of money possible…maybe then they will remember what a truck stop travel center is

The store was well stocked and clean. The bathroom was also clean and smelling good. However there was a little hiccup in the subway. The guy who toasted my sandwich did great (he had black hair) the cashier however, he put my toppings on. I no longer wanted the sandwich. I threw it out as soon as I got back to my truck. He was not a good listener and he just slong everything on my sandwich very carelessly. It looked gross. Wasted money. Will never be back. As truckers we spend to much money in stores to get this kind of service 🙄

The Pilot is well stocked , but the subway , don’t waste your time , go look at the reviews on them . They are never open pass 6pm , staff are so rude , the old lady with the shirt blonde hair is the worst , unclean, flies , been to this pilot twice and subway has been closed . The pilot staff are nice and the store is clean if you can get past the rude one in subway.

Pumps are SSLLOOOWWW Pumped gas for 5 min got aprox 10 gal of gas . Other customer pumps actually would stop then start again like it was running off bad wifi service

We always stop here on our trips to and from house A to house B. Super irritated 24 hours closed 1am-4am. Needed oil, coffee and gas. Only got gas from outer pump. Paper signs on all doors say 4am-1am closed. Thank you for understanding. No. None of the people that pulled up understood let alone was happy. Here's to finding a new place to spend our $.

Shower was great except they only give 1 wash cloth and 1 towel.Cashier was a little on the crabby side but still smiled.But the subway was closed at 6pm even though it's advertised 11pm that was pretty crummy coming off the road on a 14 hour shift and your hungry l.

Price of gas is lowest in area.. thats the good thing.Bad : Bitter tired staff run an unorganized business environment. Was only a fair bust day and they had only one cashier. A long line for the subway a long line for woman's bathroom and long line for gas..Moving my vehicle way over before going inside, way out of the way and next to a curb. Some lady employee comes out yelling at my kids to move the car. They then apparently put cardboard on a pole with no parking written on it in pen.I return and this woman comes up yelling to move again then lies and says a truck leaving nearly hit my car and kid. My teen daughter tells me the person is lying.The owner needs to get his business in order!!!!

Staff is not friendly, Subway not open. Showers not open. Using holiday hours. Don't worry about stopping. Keep on driving..... Maybe the Restaurant to the left will have hot food?? Was concerned and thought the owner took care of this 3 days ago with similar complaint.

Pilot has two rv lanes with both diesel and gas. Makes for easy in and out!

If you are looking to park and got a shower DONT because you will have to wait at least 30 minutes even if you’re the only , this is my third time here and its been like thisWill Never come back here again 👎👎
