Was a completely enjoyable moment, oh we adopted our puppy and named him Creed he learns very well, he is very smart, he gets along with our animals that are now his sisters, a cat named Eko (she's still a little grouchy but she's coming around he just wants to visit her) and our dog named Lily. We enjoy having him in our lives and he's brought so much more energy to Lily

Wonderful wonderful women that work there!! I got my Sofie- a shih tuz- from them, and she is the apple of my eye. I read comments about “ not clean”. Animals aren’t on a “schedule “ to do bodily functions. Doesn’t matter how often you clean up after them they will still do “ their thing” on their time. Till you run a business, try your best to keep everything clean, and try your best to accommodate customers - you have NO right to criticize those that are doing their BEST!! I give these ladies not only 5 stars but 10!!

I boarded my pets here, and was quoted $15 to have my two dogs share a suite, when it came time to checkout, they charged $25 for the suite and $16 for a nail trim that wasn't done.To their credit, they reached out and called me after to offer a refund for the nail trimming, but while the service that I originally went in there for seems good, and my pets seem satisfied with their stay, the checkout interaction for me was less than stellar. Your results will probably vary, I would simply recommend that you double check exactly what you're being charged, and perhaps ask if they are willing to take payment up front.

Tami and the staff are wonderful and truly love animals. I buy all my dog food here. Also Tami has been grooming my 10 year old springer spaniel his entire life. She does a wonderful job and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

The staff was incredibly friendly and with my social anxiety always made me feel welcome. Though I adopted my dog here and not even a few days later my poor girl got ringworm. Our house contained no other pets and she had no contact with the neighbor's pets etheir. It came from the petshop and how its layied out I understand its a smaller store but it worries me that ringworm did run freely. I spent a little over 150-170 in different treatmentments 50-70 of it being a dip for my dog though my dog was allergic tp it. I had to go to oahe vet and they gave me tabelts for my dog. Shes much better now a few spots from her ringworm that the fur hasnt grown back though.

There were WAY to many animals in this store to be kept up properly. Most of the animals cages were dirty and they had WAY to many guppies as they were in pretty much every fish tank. The turtle tanks were not clean like they should be, not enough filtration at all! Turtles need a ton of filtration as they are super dirty animals. I only went there to pick up some gold fish and a snail, and I will never go back.

The store is filthy and the animals living conditions are extremely unsanitary and disgusting. The dogs and puppies are forced to stand in their own feces and some of them were left without water. Their white paws stained from ink from the newspapers that line the cages. Even the large snakes are kept in small confined cages. The workers are friendly and it is respectable that they take animals in, but the conditions that the animals are kept in is truly unacceptable and sad.

The animals are well taken care of. The establishment is a humane society. My dog is well groomed and I appreciate the fact that this establishment can take care of orphaned critters to find them forever homes!

Very nice little pet store. They have a decent selection of items. Only downside, it seems a bit cramped in some isles.

Very unfriendly staff, never even acknowledged we walked into their store, never asked us if we needed help, just ignored us. Was planning to buy stuff for our cat but left without purchasing anything. Will never return to their store.

This pet store sells puppies that are obtained through backyard breeders or puppy mills. DO NOT support this store by purchasing anything from them until they stop selling puppies. No reputable dog breeder would ever allow their puppies to be sold in a pet store.

They take in the Strays that would normally be killed, gives them a bath shots Etc then give them a new home!

My daughter loves this place 😍
