Ben the assistant manager is fantastic to work with. I had a special request with an online order and he handled it very professionally and politely. Upon calling back the next day with a question he remembered me and answered my question very clearly. He seemed very well aware of the happenings in his store. My mother entered the store to inquire about a product she found that you sell online but thought perhaps you carry it in your store. She first spoke with a young lady who was unfamiliar and referred her to a man speaking on his cell phone seemingly bothered that someone approached him with a question. He (Shawn) laughed at her question while never hanging up the phone and acted like a complete balatron. Is this how you treat the seniors who make up a large portion of the city? I don’t think she can envisage interacting with your employees or rather employee Shawn in the near future. Do better, your venerable clientele deserve better.

Terrible Customer Service. I waited 15 min for a load out. Ignored by the cashier. I'm disabled but ended up loading my own feed. I spend between $150 and $250 every 2 weeks there. When I went back and told cashier to tell her manager I would no longer be shopping there she responded ok . Guess they don't appreciate business. The week before my tail gate was left down after load out. Another motorist alerted me before I lost my feed on the street. The week before that my dog food bag was broken open during load out but nothing was said. I had a big mess .

Great selection of anything you need for your pets. We buy all of pet food, flea and tick treatments, toys, collars and leashes, etc. Good friendly staff as well. You never know what you might find there so its always a fun experience.

Everyone that works there has always been super friendly towards myself and my dogs. Great place to bring your dogs to socialize. Huge selection of animal food and the prices are actually decent.
