Ed (owner) and Julie (cashier) were great with the whole process from beginning to end! The communication from putting the deposit down, arrival of puppy, and picking up puppy was easy. Julie was very helpful on helping me pick out puppy supplies, making sure the transport home was easy, and making sure I was happy with my new companion. I got to bring Zoey (11 week old boston terrier) home yesterday! She is the best puppy! Thank you all!

We wanted a little dog and searched everywhere until we stopped here on a limb. We found our little dog!! We were able to get financed but not for the entire amount of said dog. Ed was called and we came up short with the funds we had and Sam vouched for us and Ed lowered the price because she said how much we wanted her! In the end we came home with the puppy we wanted and they were so helpful and kind! We will definitely go back to purchase all of our toys and dog food!!!! 10/10.

Terrible housing of living animals. From dead, improperly housed, to over crowded or microscopic enclosures. I used to come here as a kid to see Boji but this place disgusts me now. Do better or shut your doors. Absolutely animal cruelty.You can NOT house leopard geckos together. You irresponsibly advertise repticarpet as a safe alternative to substrate. These tarantulas are disgustingly stressed out. You house bettas in those tiny little cups and sell goldfish to people buying 5 gallon aquariums. You people give your animals the bare minimum IF THAT!! Many have asked where you get your puppies only to be blocked or ignored leading all to assume you’re getting them from mills.I’ve seen a few dead animals here due to your neglect and honestly irresponsible and unprofessional handling of living beings.If 0 stars were an option you know that’s what you’d get. Animals deserve better than this!!

This review is really important....First this place is NOT open on any major holidays.Their hours are as followsMonday-Saturday 10am to 5:30pmSunday's 1pm to 5:00pmStaying open late can be arranged as long as you call ahead specify where you're coming from and it's for animals NOT fish They do have financing at the store my take a couple hours but it is worth the wait and time especially if you can afford or have all the money for the new pet or item.There is grooming in which I have NOT heard a problem about to me she does really good work as long as you are specific on what you want. The works there are very polite they greet you when you walk in, very helpful as well they even say goodbye and have a nice day. If there is an animal you want you my have to go into the store to ask the owner Ed about the animal. They do take care of their animals very well, There are warning signs posted so please pay attention. They do their best at keeping the place clean it isn't a hangout place have seen a couple kids get asked to leave do to mischief.

Loved the service I got here from a young lady today. VERY informative to help me get goldfish started for my family. Keeping at 3 stars as the snails we purchased haven't come around yet. I was very careful with their handling the entire commute home, and transferring into our tank.10/10 would recommend for the great customer service we received today.

Employees were, and have always been friendly and helpful. They have also been fairly knowledgeable about their own products and services, which is always a plus. They may not have the largest selection of fish for a pet store, but in my experience they have always had excellent fish of the type I usually purchase. They normally have fish, reptiles, birds, a few puppies or kittens, chinchillas, or ferrets.

I own a ferret rescue and these guys are just close enough when I'm in an emergency and need things for them the store is very clean and smells amazing not like pets at all

lol I'm going to give you 5 stars just for being a good sport about "Ben Adríl's" satirical 1-star rating. Also, I have been there to look at puppies a couple of times and they were all really well taken care of and the staff was polite. We plan on buying a puppy (or two) in the coming weeks. I came here now (online) to look into the financing my kids mentioned being available. Nevertheless, we'll be coming in soon to pick out a puppy...or two - up to the wife or I'd be getting 3.

Ed’s a nice guy who will do his best to help (and sell you stuff, after all he is a sales person). His shop has that small town feel if that’s what you are into. Quality plants, decent fish. (I only buy aquarium stuff) Don’t go into a store front expecting to pay what amazon charges, support local shops like his before they all go away. You can’t ask anyone at Amazon for help when your ammonia spikes and your fish are about to die.

I bought four crabs and two newts from here. Unfortunately one of my crabs died within the first couple days. I went back and let Ed know, and he gave me a free replacement. Now, all my pets are healthy and amazing. Highly recommended.

Very friendly helpful employees, they carry some of the higher quality pet food brands that can be hard to find as well as more affordable brands too. They have reptiles, fish, small cage pets and birds cats and dogs for sale. The animals look healthy and well taken care of too.

All of our fish except 2 and all of our plants for our 5 aquariums have come from Ed's. Great people and has what we need 95% of the time. Crickets are the only thing we've ever had an issue with gettin.
