On this past Saturday, 15 people in line one poor lady checking people and a messy store. Looks like a rummage sale. Walked out without buying anything. Need more staff!

your floor staff is very rude to customers your store is like a pig pen. And you only had one checkout stand open when there was over three employees very unacceptable was right next to the cashier

I used to love going into the Dollar Tree store here in Mitchell, SD to look around and do some shopping. Anymore the store is filthy and looks like a dump. There is always trash and merchandise all over the floor in the isles. Their merchandise is always a mess on the shelves. They have numerous carts of freight sitting everywhere which makes it hard to shop at times. Management and employees needs to take more pride and responsibility for their store. This is a good way to lose customers and business.

I LOVE Dollar Tree. There are so many one dollar items. It amazes me they can sell them for such a small amount. Cashier was friendly and quick! I love the bags of dried fruit they sell!

It's a place to find lots of great deals. Everything is a dollar, and that's pretty good for what you get. I especially love the greeting cards. Two for a dollar, and they're as good as Hallmark cards.

There was only one cashier. Another problem is u couldn't hardly walk. There is was boxes stacked all over the place. They need more help. Long lines.

I am happy that Mitchell has a Dollar Tree, but it doesn't have the same selection as at the Sioux Falls locations.

All kinds of boxes of stock that you can't get to what you want. They need to not bring so much stuff out, or just close the store one day and put the stock on the shelves
