This store has the best customer service on the planet. Every time I walk in, people are smiling and happy! I always have to get my coffee creamer, and it's always a happy hello to me and they already know me by my first name, always a pleasure. Today I was there again, and you know what, Marc or Mark by the liquor side, he's always just happy and says hi, I thought, wow I need to let the company know or something, this guy is just a real good outstanding person with his great customer service!

I have to change my review. I haven't seen customer service of this quality, as a former family dollar, dollar tree and Walgreens manager. Her name was Jazz on her name badge and she definitely deserves all the recognition of being a top cashier, and customer service employee!

Please don't invite people to apply for your store on indeed if you aren't planning on taking the time to call them after they have applied. This is the kind of thing that gives my generation a bad rap. Everyone says that "no one wants to work anymore" or "this generation is just lazy". How do you expect us to work when you don't give us the time or day especially when we have the qualifications you are looking for. It's being nit picky. At least the people who do apply for you want to be a part of your team. Give them a chance. Might actually be what you need. You have so many positions but expect the perfect people. It's sad when you make one guy close the whole store when you can clearly hire people to help out

At 7 a.m. my grandson and I went into the store. His father whom just passed away last week, use 👨to take him to the store just so William could get a cookie 🍪Although it was early I took him to the bakery anyhow, as he was yelling "cookie" 🗣. They were out of cookies 🍪 in the glass jar, so I asked the female bakery employee if they had more cookies.She stopped what she doing to those delicious looking cupcakes , to ask my grandson what kind of cookie 🍪 he wanted, she then opened a new box for him and got him his favorite M&M cookie.She was very friendly, kind and attentive to what my grandson wanted. 👏 It was much appreciated in helping me keep up a tradition that he had with his father 🙏The staff and Meghan do an amazing job and are the friendliest people in town. You definitely need to shop there or as I do just stop in to visit the employees 🤣✋️Thank you all for being so kind, helpful and friendly 🤗

I like this store & the staff is friendly. They have a good selection of food, particularly seafood, vegetarian & meats. However, the prices posted are often different than your receipts, the produce spoils faster from here than from the other grocery store in town & they don't follow the weekly ad for liquor sales. They are usually a dollar or two higher than the ad, even though it's tailored for each town. A little disappointing to have to ask for an ad discount.

I would recommend County Fair vs Coborn’s and Walmart. This store is a little outdated. Not good produce, etc. County fair has a wide variety of produce and meat that’s cheaper.

We had a family reunion at Granite Springs. We placed an order for 200 pieces of fried chicken! They delivered, hot and ready to eat. I grew up in Western South Dakota and have lived in Washington state for the last 30. The service you provided makes me miss my home state but proud to be from South Dakota! I would give you a 10 star if possible. Thanks again!

I've only been in Coborns a few times. It's a large grocery store, but not so large that it can be a nightmare to find things. The main reason I like this place is because parking is never difficult, and you can get in and out very quickly. Variety is decent, prices are good, produce is fresh.

Very different grocery store experience than I'm used to from Denver. First time visiting this store, everyone was super helpful and nice. They have a good selection of products. I did a little happy dance, of course while nobody was looking...cause that's weird, to find my fav Heinz horseradish sauce that isn't carried in CO. They carry a savory Steakhouse potato salad by the deli that was delicious.Best part, it was raining so they had me drive under their overhang to load my groceries for me. 👍 That's customer service.

Staff isn't as friendly as other Grocery stores in town. Often they are seen chatting with their coworkers. The store desperately needs a remodel. Their deals are not as great as their competitors. Their deli is good, however!

Well stocked for the basics and staples. However, the organic and natural sections were minimal. I don't have a store card and stupidly thought that the cashier would swipe her card/manager card so I would get the sale prices. I would not have picked certain brands had they not been on sale because the per unit price for "non" sale brands were often cheaper (comparing original prices). I guess if you don't have a card, you don't get a discount.

Got a prime rib from you guys & it was good BUT paid $50 for an UNseasoned 10lbs & opened it today & its seasoned. Some of us are gluten free & was gonna out our own seasoning on it. When it was ordered we were under the impression that it was going to be unseasoned.**updated** thank you so much for making it right with us! Amazing customer service! Really thank you!

They kicked an 80 yr old lady out because she had her little service dog with her! I wrote emails and no one even apologize to her! In this day and age the elderly are scared to go out and that little dog helps her! Thank God the other grocery stores in Mitchell let them in.

I've always shopped here in the past especially for the meat department! But been shopping on-line here since covid started and Desiree is completely amazing with her customers when she shops for them!!!! Always calls me if there is an issue with my purchase and such a pleasure to deal with!!! And Sierra in customer service is such a helpful, sweet & knowledgeable girl with any thing I need! She actually brought my groceries to me once when door dash never picked them up! You ladies are wonderful! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The site offers in store shopping and curb side pick up for online orders. The selection is very good, nice sales, fresh produce. The staff is very friendly, store is very clean. They will even offer to take your groceries and load them in your car for you. So nice!

Love the staff!!! They are terrific. Teresa is the best. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. If you get a chance to get in her line you won't regret it. But everyone is friendly and helpful.

I'm updating my review after a truly horrendous experience with a cashier. There was a mixup in the ad and we were wrong, but he was a complete punk, with an absolutely ROTTEN attitude. His name was Thomas and he definitely does NOT belong in retail, and especially not behind a register. Your store is now the absolute last place in town we will shop.

This grocery store has been around for over a decade. Their selection is good but prices are a little higher, on average, than County Fair. They have a deli and restaurant that many people frequent. If you are in a wheelchair, you will need an assistant to shop here because many things are out of reach. If you need just a few things, the staff would be willing to help. They have carry out service.
