Not worth the drive or the effort.Purchased a gun brand new for my son to do trap shooting. he didn’t even get 100 rounds to the gun and the firing pin or something broke. I called them to find out what I could do and I was instructed by the employee to go to the Internet and do my research to find out the warranty and how to get it fulfilled.For what these guys the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I will never go back!For that kind of money, I might as well go to Scheels and get fleeced there instead… At least they have helpful employees.

First time visit. I LOVED IT. The closest Bass Pro is 3 hours away (Council Bluffs. IA) Cabela's is 1 hour away so I decided to take a quick road trip. The place is clean, friendly and located just 5 minutes from Exit 335.I would if you're looking for seasonal items, go at the beginning of the season when your size will be available on seasonal items.I spent about 90 minutes in the store, more than I had anticipated but that's because they have so many brands to choose from for winter shirts and gear. Everyone was pleasant and the store had a great atmosphere.Sits next to a Menard's, Culver's and 5 minutes from a Holiday gas station if your interested in that.

Very nice store and employees are very helpful when needed. Big selection of merchandise. One pleasant thing, the employees let you browse through the store without hassling you. The Gun Library was well stocked, as well as the new firearms on the wall. Plenty of hunting rifles. The wildlife display is really great!

Everyone at this store was super friendly and helpful. Dedicated lot for RV parking with plenty of space. Dump station available. Also told there was water fill near horse corral but didn’t use either. Just stopped to stretch our legs mostly. Great spot for overnight stay and tons of cool things to see and buy in the store.

It's a great store. We stopped there every year on our way out to Chamberlain pheasant hunting. The folks at Cabela's are always very friendly and helpful!

I have been a loyal customer for many years but this store has gone down hill. I waited in line for over a half an hour to look at a new rifle scope and was not waited on. Even after they called for help nobody showed up. I guess I can't even spend my Cabela's points.

Tried to buy a range finder and even talking to an employee for assistance to look at them wait 20 minutes for no one to help. Guess they were to busy to help a paying customer. Will definitely be the last time stopping at a Cabela's.

I've generally been a fan of cabelas. Aside from a friendly employee who was unable to help me and one I finally found who did bend over backwards the staff on the floor were very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Good outdoor store for hunting and fishing clothes and supplies, has about everything one would need, Lots of mounts to stare at with the kids too if you just need to walk around.

Took almost 2 hours to get a gun last week, seemed busy, but I guess they didn't like the way I looked because when I originally got there and went up to tell someone I wanted to purchase a gun, I was told it would be 30 minutes to an hour before I even get helped. I said that was fine cause I saw they were busy.so I walked down a bit and started looking at the guns in the case, not even 2 minutes later I have a nice gentleman named Gary started helping me out, asks what gun I want so I go and show him, he starts the paperwork within 5 minutes, but because the manager that was back there (the original guy who told me it would be at least half an hour) seemingly had a problem with me, about 3 people who came in after me were able to get their nics check filled out, get it back, and purchase the gun.It took me 2 hours to purchase the gun, and I have a CCW, I have never had it take more than 30 minutes anywhere, but the manager back there just kept skipping me and helping the next guy. Very frustrating experience and if not for Gary I would have only put one star.I drive all the way from Sioux falls so having to drive an hour there and back and wait 2 hours for a gun, that was pretty much my whole night gone. I expected it to take a little bit of time but that was ridiculous. I really wish I got the managers name but sadly I did not. Seemed like they were all frustrated. But Gary was a peach! Kept cool and calm and just shared in my frustration of being skipped over and wondering why his manager was doing nothing. That man deserves a promotion for the amount of care and thought he put towards helping me make my decision and helping me stay calm while being ignored by his boss.Still only 2 stars but if you ever go in stop by the gun counter and see if Gary is there, friendliest guy that works there.

Called about a gun purchase in which the lady left me on hold for 20 minutes and then came back and hung up the phone. The first 20 seconds in which she talked to me she was extremely rude. 1p.m. on 11/25/23.

Went to return a grunt call that the reed was broke out of the package and they wouldn’t except the return or exchange the product do to company policy. Beware what you buy because they will not except returns on many products.

Was my 1st time being in. I spent an hour walking around. Everyone was nice. Wasn't busy. Plenty of parking for whatever you drive. Rj was a new cashier so I was his 1st customer. He did just fine.

Selection of Ammo was a little disappointing.Very limited amount of 9mms.Clothing did not have as many options as other Cabelas.Overall still a 5 due to the helpfulness of fantastic staff.Picked up a used 12guage and staff were extremely helpful, friendly and communicative.Will buy from them anytime!

I've been a Cabelas Club card holder for close to 20 years. One of the perks is that they offer overnight RV parking. This location used to be a favorite stop on our way thru. Now there are no overnight parking signs posted everywhere. Walmart across the street allows it. I guess buy your supplies there🤷‍♂️

Drove 1 hour to purchase a new fishing graph so I could use my points instead of purchasing local for the same price. Around 8:00 in the evening on a week night, I was told, "it would probably be best to come back in the morning when the other guys are here, no one here right now knows anything about these and the staff that does only works during the day." Extremely frusterating, as a Cabelas Black Card holder, I will be switching to Scheels Visa. Unfortunately this is not the only encounter of this nature I have had here.

Waited 45 minutes at the gym counter watching the two counter workers socializing while 2 others in addition to me needed help. When we were finally acknowledged, the worker was extremely rude and immediately went back to socializing without helping us.

Cabelas brand and customer service has gone downhill fast.Unopened returns even with receipts that are past 60 day return policy are impossible.Scheels stores and customer service are going to annihilate these guys.Two stars instead of none simply because I actually still like and appreciate the old and reliable Cabelas branded products.

We travel around the country often with out dog. We have found moat of the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's to be very dog friendly. This location was not a very dog friendly. They tolerated him, but we left after being there for only about a half hour.
