Workers here are intelligent, patient, aware, insightful, authentic warm and kind. Ace is the best for customer service and usefulness and this is the best store. I travel for work and use Ace and had a real appreciation for the guys experience and wisdom here and they made my day a whole lot easier. Thanks!

We were passing close to Miller, SD when the tray of our front bumper came loose. We needed to do something fast! Tape, maybe? Looking fir a hardware store, we found ACE on Broadway. But they had just closed!! We tapped on the window and they kindly reopened for us. Brian, the owner not only suggested heavy duty zip ties, which we bought, but then helped us attach them to our bumper! It was a 5 dollar fix that will take us safely over the next 2000 miles of our journey! Brian and his staff are a testament not only to Ace Hardware, but a true witness to kindness and generosity to strangers. We need more of this today. Thank you, Brian!!

Miller is a town of 1800 people and it's hard to believe they have a store like this. When in town helping my folks with a project, Miller Ace always seems to have the hardware we're after, even items I assume they wouldn't have. The new store is quite large. Employees are always helpful. I've been looking for a Blackstone flat-top grill and couldn't find one anywhere that I could think of within a 300 mile radius of home, including Amazon, and they're almost impossible to get right now. Was in Miller for the weekend and Ace had one assembled and on display!

This store Rocks! Stopped by today for plumbing issues The place was packed with customers and the phones were ringing off the hook. I was greeted at the door and was immediately asked if I needed assistance. These folks communicate in-store with some kind of genie intercom system. Not sure how it works but the entire staff seems to know what you need the moment you walk in and they all are committed to providing the solution you need. I would be shocked if anyone walked in Miller Ace and walked out unsatisfied. Can't happen.
