I like DG for the times I don't need to run to Huron or Pierre but don't want Kessler prices. The staff is always nice and I can tell they're trying hard to get things organized. Honestly I feel bad for them. You can tell they're understaffed and underpaid. This company doesn't value it's employees at all.

I really like our local DG store. The store personal keep the place clean and fairly well organized. Headquarters sends way to much stuff and for the staff to display it, it becomes really hard to navigate the store. They need to build large enough to accommodate growth and ease of shopping.

It’s a guy named David that work there. He is beyond unprofessional it just seems to me that this company just hired nothing but racist people when I walked in the lady asked me was the self check out not working how should I h know you should be letting me because you work here not me lady she just seen my skin color and instantly didn’t want to be bothered

Less expensive than the grocery store for some items, decent little grocery selection, lots of cards and candy and a fairly priced, limited selection of pet food. The store is fairly cluttered and unorganized, but it still seems to be clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back.

Good selection. Store is packed with stuff to the point it is hard to get around with a cart. Not everything is $1, but most of it is fairly priced. Frustrating that some items I was unable to find a price. Because not everything is $1, I chose not to buy unmarked items.

Today I was disappointed. I shop there alot but rode with someone else so did not have my driver's license for identification. They couldn't take my check so walked out with nothing but a bad attitude.
