They have gotten rid of so much stuff that they once used to stock. I know it's a new owner and all, but why would a sister store (same owner) 45 miles away carry an item but not the other store. You can't go in and find ANYTHING with ease! If looking through tools, you better bring your muscles as the sliding panels are so heavy and don't move as they should.

Well stocked Ace Hardware franchise store. Employees were helpful in assisting me in finding the location of various items. The store offers ranch & home merchandise to a large rural service area, which is 1 to 2 hours from Rapid City, the second largest SD city.
