Good location and plenty of supply on hand. Young employees who know products moderately well.seemd like some turnover and staff occurs, but thankfully there are three or four staff members who will probably be considered senior staff and who helped the other ones out as well as the customers. Has a feeling of an old hardware shop, but as much more ff than any other hardware store has ever had in this community. I am extremely grateful that they or purchase and have held on and continued to matter and both as a store and a service provider for hardware.

The staff makes this place. May not be the cheapest on all things, but I'll pay the extra for quality customer service they provide. The management team is among some of the best of the best. Glad to have this place in town

Ace Hardware in Madison is a great source for all home-ware needs. Also very clean and bright, and well staffed. Staff are super polite and always asking if they can help. Price-wise, most things also seem pretty affordable.

Brought my stihl cultivater in to be looked at . It was running rough at full throttle. They charged me 55 dollars and it still runs the same. I will be taking it to another stihl dealship. Needless too say I will not shop here again.

Rude employees, lazy, look away like they are too good to acknowledge you, ask other customer three times if he needed help, all three times from behind counter they where standing behind BSing, will not shop there again.Dell Rapids Ace is same distance and a lot better!!
