I am hoping this was an off night. Didn’t seem terribly busy. Ordered food through the drive through. Waited over 20 minutes and called the restaurant. Was told food would be out shortly. Waited another 10 minutes. Tried to go in. Was met outside at the door. Was told the delay was due to training. When I actually received my food, while warm, it did not seem fresh. We normally enjoy the food here. Disappointed. The free dish of ice cream was nice, but overall, the experience is not what we are used to.

Stopped there today for a treat and ordered some hot food went through the drive thru. The girl was super nice that took my order pulled up to #2 waiting spot. We got our ice cream treats first then about 10 or so minutes later we got our hot food they forgot our drink so I had to ask about that. Then my son opened up his cheese burgers and they had everything on them which I ordered plain and it said on the receipt plain cheese burgers. When the employee came back with our drink I told her I didn't get plain cheese burgers and I showed her. She apologize and took them back and had new ones made. Waited another 15 mins got the 2 cheese burgers open them up and there was no cheese and ketchup was on them! Irritated at this point with an upset child because he was hungry and they couldn't get his order right. So I walked into the restaurant showed them again that it was messed up. The employee proceeded to take both burgers back to the kitchen and the cook just wiped the ketchup off and gave it back to me again with no cheese. I said I need to have cheese on these also. Brought the burgers back to the kitchen and slapped a slice of cheese on each of them. Seriously, you can't get my order right the first time it took 4 times to get it the correct way and it still wasn't! Then you proceed to just take the 2 burgers that have ketchup on them and wipe it off and give it back to me! Like I'm not gonna notice! I was just fed up and left with the food I got. This isn't the first time my order has been wrong either! Please do better. Train your staff better.

So I'm disappointed that you can call them and get an order taken online and no one answers and now I just one time did I call I called five times and a friend of mine called once we're sitting next to each other then she gets there they give her the Banana Splits before they give her the meal so if you're not going to answer your phone's don't put it on the web that you will I also called the Google number too and it rang and it would just ring until it got tired of ringing and it told me the wireless customer is not available so the food was Fair but the service was not what I would say for a small town would be and for the price that I paid for this for the small is not up to it because I have ate at small towns before and they were very good have a nice day

There was cheese on my cheese burger, they had Big Macs, good customer service, cleanliness was a w, great food, phenomenal ice cream, the smell by the bathrooms is a little weird. Also review on people - Kailey was nice, put up with my anger and procrastination, Myra whitehead was being very kind and gentle with her words, Lucas Hartman brings me ice cream

First time stopping in. Son had just had his wisdom teeth out and wanted ice cream. We were able to buy a large container of soft ice cream. He was able to eat and enjoy.We have been back a couple of times now. Will be going back again.

Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Food was good. Had the Big T and onion rings. Only issue I had was the burger was a 3 bun, easy fix on my part though. Many options, gotta come back.

Me,my wife and our 2 daughters had some of the best food in a long time. By far better then B&G Milkeyway. The prices were very reasonable and the food was outstanding. We live in Brandon and will for sure be back. Rob as an awesome cook and staff to boot.

Reasonable prices.1/2 pound burger is (2) 1/4 pound patties so not as juicy as a large single patty but not bad for a well done type burger. Toppings were skimpy, bacon, cheese & lettuce. Lettuce was about the size of 1/3 the burger. Fresh bun.Tater tots was good size portion. No onion rings due to supplier shortage (damn Covid).Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

Longest drive through experience ever. Not even a little bit bad, over an hour. When I finally ordered my burger, fries, and drink, I sat in the waiting spot for over a half hour.

Friendly… but we waited 45 minutes for our food and they forgot my ranch with my chicken strips and didn’t notice till halfway home… overall used to really like them but next time we’re in Lennox might just skip this place.

Went through the drive thru & ordered a grilled cheese and fries.There was no one behind me and it took over 25 mins.Eventually I walked in and asked for a refund as my baby was starting to get fussy.The 3 girls behind the counter said it's almost done and another one said they were having card issues and that's why it was taking so long. (My card was ready processed so irrelevant for my order)They grabbed my order from under the heating lamp....you could tell it had been then for awhile...I threw it all away. I personally except at least hot food for $12+.

I went to Chuck’s earlier this week and was very impressed by the food and customer service. I went with my friend Aly who is usually very rude to restaurant employees but the manager Sydney was so kind and helpful that we had no issues. Their ice cream was delicious as well. Can’t wait to be back soon!

I had very high hopes when I walked into Chuck’s Drive-In and was very satisfied with my time there. I brought my parents and grandma there and everyone said they loved it! The service and food were excellent and I am happy to say that I will be returning! I even purchased a t-shirt!!!!

I called my order in to Chuck’s drive in at 8:15. And the girl told me to it’ll be ready in five or 10 minutes. I showed up in 15 and waited in the drive-through for 10 or 15 minutes while the girl was joking around with the vehicle in front of me when she could’ve just waive them to the waiting area. Then I got there and they hadn’t even started on my order. No problem must be busy. She told me to go to the waiting area. I waited in the where it waiting area for another 20 minutes at leastAnd watched three or four orders go out while I was still waiting. No problem must’ve been a mixup. The girl finally comes out with my food at 8:55, 40 minutes after I ordered it And said “so you order this food at 8:15 and you don’t come and pick it up until 845? in a snotty tone. I was a little surprised because I expected something like , Sorry for the wait sir here’s your food. Instead I got an accusing tone with a snotty attitude. Got the Grizzly burger roughly $6 I give it 4/5 alittle to messy but worth it. Also got a large fry for $4 dissapointed by it no salt and wouldnt even be comparable to a medium at Burger King or McDonald's not potatoes are cheap but for 4 bucks I recommend just get the sandwhiches no sides.

I come here everyday for lunch and have tried almost everything on their menu. It has never let me down. I have told everyone I knew that if their looking for a place to eat this is the place to go! I absolutely love eating here!

For a small town burger place it is really taste. It is a little slow to get your food but that just says they make it fresh. Little spendy. 2 burgers, 2 fries and a soda $30.

When I arrived at Chuck's I instantly got a small town diner vibe which is perfect for this restaurant. Extremely vibey. Vibes are off the charts. The food is the most vibey thing I've ever experienced as well as the ice cream and slushies. Overall Vibes Vibes Vibes. Come get catch these vibes. *Edit* I feel that I did not fully capture the essence of this place in my original review. I want to reemphasize VIBES.

It is a great little drive on in Lennox SD. It's clean with some good country person's taking your orders and cooking your food.
