So we were out walking this morning and decided to stop by Lotus Up and have a drink. My partner had a berry smoothie and I had a breve. Both drinks were very tasty and served quick. If you want a really good espresso drink, they still use a real machine! No super autos here! The coffee has a nice flavor, so go and enjoy! They have a cool view of the mine from the outside deck too.

This charming cafe is staffed by the nicest, most helpful people. I have a gluten issue and they really worked hard to come up with a meal I could enjoy. The egg, bacon and cheese panini on gluten free bread was absolutely delicious. The cafe is sunny and bright with beautiful murals and views of the mountains. There were 5 of us, and it was everyone's first time. It didn't disappoint and thank you for being open on president's day when no where else was. I 100% recommend this place. The coffees were made just as we all ordered, and the paninis were sooo good!! Both of the woman working were helpful and patient with us as we tried to figure out what to order.

The most amazing and delicious gluten free bagels. Great service, nice coffee, great view and easy take out. This coffee shop is a must stop while visiting Lead or passing by. Make sure to take your time and tip well!!!

This little shop was incredible! I stopped in here on a road trip and wished I lived close to here because I’d be here everyday. Our bagels we got were homemade and were the perfect consistency. We got the chai tea and coffee as well which were both delicious. The shop had very chill vibes and there were all sorts of nooks that would be great to do some reading. This is a must stop at shop!

We randomly found this place while looking for a place to eat during vacation and oh boy is it good! I'm a very picky eater and they did not disappoint in the least. I had a strawberry smoothie with biscuits and gravy and my husband had the white mocha with a panini. We both ate our food so fast because it was so good. HIGHLY recommend! And the girls that work here are quick and friendly!

Excelent level of service! Just wonderful! From Germany (an exchange student) to Minnesota (God’s country, Land of 10,000 lakes) to Lithuania (a first generation, American) - Amazing!Kid-friendliness: they said they aren’t trying to make $1 million making coffee, but they enjoy being visited by people with beautiful faces who love coffee!

Great place to start your morning. Great tasting coffee and a hot breakfast sandwich over looking the open pit mine. The staff was welcoming and did an excellent job!

What a treat it was to be able to order from Lotus Up for our recent retreat! They provided wonderful bagels and muffins for breakfast -- and the caramel rolls were incredible (and oh so big! We cut them into fourths!) Later in the week, we ordered mini-scones, and they were eaten right up. The ladies bragged about the dough -- not too crunchy and a wonderful taste.Jamie was so very helpful -- going in for us to pick up the order even when the coffee shop was closed.Can't imagine finding such a gem in a small town -- and this one truly is one not to be missed!

Came here on a Sunday morning at 8 a.m. Only one person working. She did an excellent job! It was busy and she handled it swiftly and professionally. The coffee was hot and delicious as was the egg sandwich. We always come here when we are in town and are never disappointed.

My family was staying in a cabin just outside Lead and found this place the last few days of our trip.The first day we had AWESOME lattes and the mini scones were to die for.We came back the next day for some breakfast and coffee and we were all impressed. The breakfast panini and fajita were DELICIOUS, and the bagel got a head nod from a very picky eater. We sat outside on the deck and enjoyed a gorgeous view.I wish this place was near where I live because I would be there every day! Great food and coffee with awesome service :)
