So happy I found this little gem. It is so cozy and quiet. I was super surprised how well buffered the rooms were. Our room was located via a outside entry, and I could barely hear anyone walking by.Our pillows were a bit thin so if that is a problem for you - I'd advise you to bring your own.Rooms were incredibly clean even down to the carpet.Sweet little gem tucked quietly to the side and away from heavy traffic 10/10 would recommend.

Overall great place. Very nice breakfast. The pool, hot tub, and exercise room are decent. For having two guests staying in a room, its a little disappointing though that there's only one packet of coffee to make one cup of coffee. Fortunately we were close to the breakfast area and had quick access to the coffee there.Otherwise, was a nice hotel and I'd stay there again.

Nice place, walking distance to the main stretch. Close enough to Mount Rushmore. For breakfast, the serve you which is different, but the lady was very nice. The pool was beautiful! The inside hallway was very nice, along with the elevator. My favorite thing was they had a community puzzle for people to add on too. Very good atmosphere. I would stay here again.

Beautiful room. My wife and I stayed 6 nights here. We had a king suite and it was spacious and clean. Housekeeping done a great job each day while we were seeing the sites. Don't hesitate on booking here it is 5 star all the way. I recommend staying at Rushmore inn!Walkability: You can walk to the strip in Keystone no problem.

The rooms were spacious, and we had most of what we needed for beds. The mattresses seemed to be a bit dated, and you can definitely feel the bounce and springs themselves. For my wife and I, it was a bit to bouncy(super soft springs). The service was awesome and quick to help with any and all needs. For me, the stay was worth it because of the location, price, and majorly for the amazing service rendered by the staff

We had a family suite, room 138. The room was ready early and whoever cleaned it during our stay tidied up everything nicely, even folding our kids blankets. The room was a great size for our family of five. The pool was closed one of the days, but the front desk manager was very nice and handled everything professionally. He was even quick to respond when we needed sheets for the sofa bed. The ladies working breakfast were friendly and provided a nice service - oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, sausage, waffles, toast, eggs, milk, juice, and coffee. Close to everything. We will stay here again.

Staying here tonight. The room isn’t cleaned well. Found cheese balls under one of the beds. Stains all over the carpet. The ice machine for the hotel is broken. The beds are clean but one of them is broken and makes a loud popping noise with the slightest movement. Just all around a pretty gross place, sub-par room. The only redeeming quality is the working mini-fridge and the air conditioner cooled the room down really fast.

Tucked back off the main road for Keystone it's a quiet stay. Being at the far end of the drag for the town, you do have a bit more walking to do, but everything is accessible by walking. We stayed in a larger room that sleeps 8 and was very comfortable for my family of 5 to stretch out. The housekeeping staff were amazing and super friendly, as was the desk staff. This is our second time staying here and plan on staying here if we come this way again.

Basically, most of consumables in the room are very datedspecially red carpet, towers, bed sheet, and pillow cover. The towels are yellowish and it looks more than 10 years old. Terrible. There are many bike people stay and you will hear their chatting until around mid night. Also in the morning you will be awake because of bike sound.Get a hotel near Rapid city it takes around 30min to drive. If you cant' don't get a room parking lot side(101~124 and 201~224). It will be a nightmare. There is a hot tub and small pool. Specially hot tub is full of dirty bubble on the edges.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you’re doing Mount Rushmore in the Crazy Horse. We loved that. The hotel is very dated and needs some updating. Everything seemed clean but the floors. They very much need to replace the carpet. I’m not sure how the other rooms were. We had a suite with a king and bunkbeds, and everything was very spacious and nice. The floor was just the only thing that bothered us. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. It is near restaurants in Keystone.

Perfect for a Mount Rushmore visit. We stayed in a family suite with 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds.Perfect for ourselves and the 4 grandkids. There was a palpably sweet spirit about the staff that permeated the whole establishment.Nearby activities: Close to Mount Rushmore.

Booked for one night. Our shower assembly fell apart mid shower and had to have maintenance in to turn off the water. Rooms were clean but dingy. We were put in first floor room right off parking lot and there were people drinking and partying and revving motorcycles most of the night. Breakfast was ok, but you couldn't serve yourself and I was a little disappointed with the selection.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights here while visiting the area. We originally had reservations in Rapid City at about $70 more a night until we stumbled upon Rushmore Express. Rushmore Express offered a better location with less traffic with quicker access to where we were visiting. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.Rooms: Our 2 Queen bed rustic room was just that. It was nothing fancy but everything we needed for couple of nights.

Stayed in a family suite, was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the location was close to Mt. Rushmore and not too far of a drive to Custer state park. The only negatives were the breakfast, not very warm and not much of a selection, both times I had it were towards the end of the breakfast hours so that could be the explanation also hottub was out of order.Rooms: One of the nicest rooms I have stayed in especially for the price.

Simple, no frills motel with comfortable rooms but nothing to write home about. Parking can be an issue. Breakfast is very blah. Lots of carbs and they serve you everything, which is annoying. I had to get a pancake and the lady would only serve me two little ones at a time. It was cheap, so we booked it but there are other places in town which looked nicer. You can also find a decent diner in town to eat at, rather than this ridiculous idea of a breakfast. Located within 10mins of Mt. Rushmore, but so are several other motels in the area.P.S. which motel/hotel in today's world does not have a water fountain to fill your water bottles?? There are several 4 and 5 star Google reviews from people with 1 to 5 reviews. I don't think these are real reviews. Breakfast is definitely not amazing and people who call it "continental" don't really know what continental means. We got those little pancakes, egg scramble, some little muffins and toasted bread. Even the orange juice was being handed out in tiny cups by the motel staff.

Not a bad hotel. Breakfast was a 1/10, Hot tub didn’t work. Shower head is perfect for a midget. If you are taller than 5’ tall you gotta get on your knees to wash your head.Walkability: Everything is within walking distance.
