Great selection and much better than the seasonal t-shirt and souvenir shops on the strip. We bought two hoodies, a long sleeved shirt and a buffalo which we love. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Loved that she shared a photo with us!

My family and I felt very unwelcome in this store rushed to get out the man only spoke with my husband. My three-year-old was being a three-year-old and the man was not happy about it. We bought 2 of the surprise bags for $499 and they stuffed it with news paper all that was in there was 1stickers and 4 post cards not worth it.We will not be returning to this store again.

Not sure why the negative reviews. My family went to every t-shirt store in Keystone and this store is by far the best. The customer service was top notch. The lady who checked us out was very friendly and helpful. Maybe it's the approach and attitude from some people that are inherently negative? We didn't feel this way at all about this store nor its staff. The wide selection of gifts, t-shirts, good prices AND wonderful staff is why we purchased here and nowhere else. We'll shop here again.

Good selection of T-shirt’s for babies/children but TEERIBLE customer service. We purchased a toy bow and arrow/gun set that my daughter wanted and when we got to the car and opened it, one half of the gun fell out (meaning it was already snapped in half but held in place from the plastic covering). My mom brought it in to ask for an exchange and the lady at the register said there are no exchanges once an item leaves the store. Obviously because we purchased a broken item, my mom tried to explain that it was already broken. The lady argued back “how do I know you didn’t break it yourself?” .... We had literally left the store less than 10 minutes after and instead of believing and understanding their customer, they argued back and would rather have a dissatisfied customer over a $9 toy gun. Would not recommend supporting this shop. It’s a tourist town so all they want is your money.

This is such a neat store. Love it. I was there with my granddaughter, and she wanted something special to take back home, but didn't know what. Cindy the owner spoke with my granddaughter, like she was the only one in the store. She asked what she liked, hobbies, etc. Cindy came up with so many things which we didn't even see. She took time out of her busy day to help an 8 yr old young lady. That speaks volumes in my book Cindy!!! You made a big impression on my granddaughter, my daughter and myself. If you are in Keystone, please make sure to check out Mt. Rushmore T-shirst and Co. They are awesome. They have something for everyone and every budget! Again, Thank you Cindy for being such a wonderful lady!!!

Poor atmosphere in this store. Cindy had a poor attitude when we asked for help in the store. We all bought items in this store and they were not friendly at all. It felt like we should leave, like they didn't want us there. Its a poor way to run a business, especially when the store was not busy at all.

I found a great variety of souvenirs. The owners were very friendly and helpful. After checking out the other stores in the area, this is the place to purchase gifts for family, friends, and yourself.

Got a backpack from this store and needed to exchange it for a new one because the bag had a significant rip on the inside. They did not have the item in stock for me to exchange it with and refused to give me a refund. I had to take a lesser bag that was nothing like what I originally bought.....
