Purchased a ring in September 2023 with an opal stone. I was told the ring had a lifetime guarantee even if the stone was lost. In November the opal fell out. I have tried to contact them repeatedly by phone and email. By phone I am not able to leave a message as they are unable to accept at this time and emails have gone unanswered. Very disappointed.

I love Black Hills Gold jewelry but be aware you are NOT buying all gold jewelry. I bought these four rings and one pair of earrings April 2021 and this is a picture of them May 3, 2022, just one year later.I truly miss being able to buy Black Hills Gold jewelry back when it was actually gold.On the upside, everyone is friendly and overall the Hill's are a nice place to vacation.

Stopped in this little shop on our way to Mt. Rushmore. Bought a black hills gold ring and necklace for my daughters. The prices were very fair on these beautiful items, and the woman working that day was most helpful. If we ever get back to this area, I would love to stop in again!

Me and my family just came back from vacationing in South Dakota a few days ago. I loved in there. The workers were very nice and I love my jewelry I bout and I got it for a very nice price. We are from Arizona and stopped in here to look at painted ponies. We met Rae and she was so friendly and so helpful. And they give a military discount. We ended up leaving with 2 ponies! Highly recommend this store. Was extremely impressed!

Stopped in this shop while visiting South Dakota last month. They have a nice variety of the gold hills jewelry and the prices are reasonable. The lady that was there that day was pleasant and very helpful.
