This was the VERY BEST experience I have ever had with a small animal vet.I brought my heeler pup in for spaying, rabies vaccine, and microchipping last week. Since she was a new patient they did a pre-spay exam. They let me go back with her and help hold her. After the exam, they went out of their way to work around my out of town work schedule to get her in as soon as they could.When we arrived for drop off a few days later, my pup was a nervous wreck. She was shaking and whining and clearly stressed. The vet, Dr. Norma, took one look at her and asked if I could stay with her while she gave her something to calm her down. They gave her a quick shot and let me hold her for ten minutes or so while it took affect. Then they let me put her in the kennel and made sure it was dark and quiet.I have never had a vet be so kind and empathetic to a ranch dog being so stressed outside of its home environment.When I came to pick her up, Dr. Norma told me about the surgery, and then her wonderful staff (Fritz and ???) gave me all of the other information I needed.The rate was amazing as well. But, honestly, they could have charged double and it would have been worth their knowledge and expertise.Thank you all so much!

This clinic is one of the best with experienced staff and veterinarians!!Dr. Norma is skilled with large and small animals, and provides compassionate care for pets and their owners. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is searching for high quality care at a reasonable price!!

After a dog attack, we thought there was no way our little kitten could survive. After two weeks of overnight stays and repeated surgery on his face and abdomen, our kitten is thriving and happy. Dr. Norma kept saying, “He just wants to live.” Thank you for saving his life and so much tender loving care for our little guy from everyone at Headlee Vet. You guys seriously don’t charge enough! We would’ve paid 10x the amount! They are just the best there is. ♥️

Great service. Let me stay with my dog till the pre sedation for surgery. The price was very reasonable and everyone there was very polite and accommodating. Well work the drive and planning on sharing on Facebook. Highly recommend them.

I have used their veterinary services for 30 years. The Drs. Headlee perform extraordinary surgeries on small animals and on horses. They can manage tasks that ordinarily only veterinary teaching hospitals can do. Amazing veterinary care!

Went to the vet in Philip because my puppy was having some concerning symptoms and they got me in the day I called. The woman I saw was great! She checked out my pup and gave her some meds and sent us home with more. We will be using them from now on!

My dogs are my babies now that my are all grown with kids of their own. Just moved to area and they are 1000% better than any vet we have gone to before and so happy we went to them. I cannot say enough how great they are.

My husband and I were traveling cross country when my 10 year old chihuahua fell ill. We knew no one in the area and he needed medical care. We found Headlee DVM from google search and they were so kind to take us in first thing in the morning. Norma Headlee was there and obviously had a full schedule but she took her time with my little guy and did a thorough exam without rushing us through. She did total body exam, complete blood work, and few x-rays and determined the cause of his illness and right on the spot started treatment. He got IV fluids, antibiotics, and probiotics. He started feeling better that very night. The girls in the office were so kind to us and so sweet to my little guy. I can’t thank them all enough for their professional and compassionate care.

We were traveling through when our miniature dachshund became ill. We found the Headlee's via a quick Google search. At the time, we were still an hour away. Dr. Bill answered the phone, and said he would keep his eye out for our arrival. Drs. Bill and Norma promptly welcomed us, examined Annie dog, and ran some blood tests. Annie was dehydrated, and diagnosed with pancreatitis. Knowing all to well how pancreatitis can spiral out of control without prompt treatment, we were truly blessed to find such caring kindhearted people to help us during our time of need. Thank you so very much.

This place rocks I am from ks and my dog had been having seizures,my vet in ks out her on pulls for seizures,, this vet when I called took the time to see my dog and they said she was in pain took x-rays and found she had a broken back. And have her on the mend
