Didn't use the self checkout tonight for the first time in a long time. The young man that waited on me, his name was Moon, was very friendly. Make sure you hang on to him Walmart. Good help is hard to find. I still don't understand the policy on a clerk getting another person to ring me up when I'm buying beer/wine. It seems to always take forever & it holds up the line. Beautiful night at Wally's World though. 🤓🌞

They never have all the good stuff that all the other Walmarts across the state have. People that work in Electronics are the rudest people ever. Please close it down or bring up to date as the other Walmarts are.

We loved it...it is always great to see differences...enjoyed seeing long shelving at the self pay to keep bags off the floor.... Staff was friendly and offered advice..clean.

I thought to be employees there were quite rude. They had stocking trash and goods piled in the isles and no employees were in their departments. Not to mention the fact that they have a policy that if your not checking out by closing they will make you put all your stuff back.

Well Wal mart sure knows how to make you shop for your goods. Rearranged the store here in Huron , SD ..it looks great people. It seemed to be more open and not so crowded in . Worker were happy and ready to work. I don't blame them. Standing around could make a long day for even the most seasoned veterans . But over all guys they got the service department witch gas great people to work on your vehicles and it dont matter what you operate they got the oil to fill your car needs. Come on over to the Huron SD Walmart and get in on the savings.

Doesn't always have what I need, which in a town where there is very limited shopping options is a serious drag. Has been seriously understaffed lately. Absolutely NO cashiers one day. People where forced to use self check out or walk away from their carts-which a few did. But for the most part, thenstaff is very nice and do their best to help you.

It's always a pleasure goi g out to Walmart if u know what ur getting g when u go their things seem to go pretty smooth .Workers ain't always to eager to offer u help but if u find the right worker who cares bout their job and u as a customer things go smoothly

All employees are super helpful but it was a Saturday and only 2 check-outs were open. My checkout line had 5 carts waiting in line. Customer service is still just as important until the customer walks out the door as when they first walk in.

Ordered online twice and products were unavailable. They do not have their system up dated and it took me an hour to get ahold of anyone. I called the night before and was on hold for 45 min and no one ever came back to the phone. Very disappointed in the service received at this Walmart. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I think 4 people total work here. If you're looking for something specific I'd recommend using the Walmart site setting this store as your home, and getting the isle number for the product you want, or even see if it's in stock. If you get prompt help in person here go buy a lottery ticket immediately after. Self checkout only for me, usually only 1 to 2 employee occupied lanes open.

Very friendly and helpful cashier's here! We like to go through Lisa's lane! She's a very friendly and efficient cashier! The store is always clean, and well stocked. It is also Wheel chair accessible.

Rarely have more than 1 customer service representative and if they usually get called away. If you re looking to make a return, pay a bill, get money.order, reload a debit card, or send money then 've prepared to wait at least 15' minutes generally closer to 40 minutes depending on how many people are in front of you.

What I do not understand about this store is why they have self checkout and then they have them closed all the time. Here's an example they're supposed to be open Till 11 o'clock p.m. well they have every self checkout closed except for 3 Yet there are lines that go back 15' from the beginning of the self checkout Lane. And there's a ton of employees just walking around doing nothing. I know no one cares I'm just frustrated at this stupid placeI wish there were other options

Pharmacy staff are awesome, always. The store needs an upgrade. Many of the food items I used to purchase are no longer available so if I really need it, I travel one hour to a larger store. The shelves need to be restocked more frequently and I'm not talking about TP.

Store was clean and well stocked. Only thing I didn't like was the older grumpy silent woman cashier. Maybe because it was 9pm.but I dont care she should show some courtesy.Why its a bother is when you go into a place and spend $....well you expect decent customer service.

Walmart has dissapointed me twice and I just don't think I'll go back. Once at the mitchell store and now the huron store. These tire repairs don't take forever and work passes the time. Don't just let my car sit and say you helped me

Everyone knows what Walmart is. This one is no different. Not a super Walmart.Deli counter is the best place in the store. Friendliest customer service and always prompt and ready to help.Checkout is an absolute nightmare most of the time. Usually only a couple of registers are open, they really try to push the self service checkouts.If you want your groceries bagged correctly you had better do it yourself. There is either no training on bagging or just plain laziness on the checkers part. Even with everything laid out on the conveyor they mess it up.Originally had this ranked at three stars but the more I think about it, the Huron Walmart is two star operation.

Slow checkout like every Walmart. Even more so your a criminal for doing self checkout. You gotta love spend more get less. Maybe just maybe these cost saving are costing more than actually employees do
