Poor Customer service. The lady (Margaret) who was supposed to help me, was very unfriendly and rude. Not sure if she doesn’t like people that aren’t white but I also observed her being unfriendly to the Asian-looking women last time I went there. The man who works there also acted very stressed und unwelcoming the previous time I visited. I’d recommend going to Runnings; employees are very attentive and friendly there.

Were life savers. Needed pie servers and aprons for helping with a wedding reception. The only place in town that had either! Customer service was excellent. Very grateful!

Went in for some custom colored paint. Margaret was running the cash register and the paint counter and assisting customers and she did a wonderful job! Her Customer Service is excellent!

Do not use my name. I have always loved going to our ace hardware store. But now the owners son is there now more than b4 and he is always a very rude person to me. Always has been that way and other ppl have said the same thing. His social manners suck and his politeness needs much improvement. His dad was great. The only time I go there anymore is if other places don't have it. And his employee ,Margaret is a stone face also. They make you feel like u shouldn't be in the store

Hubby went for parts for some plumbing he was working on. Brett was very helpful. Brett was very knowledgeable for what I needed. I was wrong about how I felt about some of the people there in the past. I will be happy to return and shop there again. Respectfully, Thomas Freideman

I've lived in Huron for a year and a half and visited Ace hardware for the third and last time today. They definitely treat outsiders different and are almost rude. The first two visits I experienced poor and rude service but decided to go in today to support a local business. No more! I will take my business to Mac's, Walmart hell even Amazon and wait before I go back to Ace.

Thank goodness for Huron’s Ace Hardware! They came to my rescue-again. Saturday before Christmas and I couldn’t find my lefse maki g supplies. As always they came through. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Love that store.

They know where their products are, but you can definitely tell that they treat "locals" a lot differently than outsiders. Still friendly, just not as personable.

The place to go for hard to find machine screws and other fasteners. Electrical supplies, plumbing supplies. Made a key with out the plastic top so it doesn't take a lot of room on the key ring.
