Stopped in for some basics and they had everything I needed. Friendly staff who were helpful finding the items I didn’t see on the first pass and they greeted every customer with a personal touch. Clean store, great ACE experience and the usual wide selection that you know and love.Char and a guys name I forgot were fantastic.

Every time I go into the store I receive great and friendly customer service. This past weekend Brad was persistent, personable, and patient as he worked to color match two different paint colors for me. He did an excellent job and I was able to paint my walls without any issues. Thank you!

Needed a 15 mm socket. They had 4 flavors to choose from. Got the 6 point 3/8 drive deep well socket. Was in and out in 2 minutes. Staff was great.

Better than average, even for an Ace. Good selection. Clean store. Friendly, helpful and generally knowledgeable staff. Well located, with adequate, on street parking. Good merchandise selection and quality.The big box home supply giants stole our hardware stores, but Ace is doing a very good job of filling the vacuum.This Ace is a good one, and I'll be back!

The owners are wonderful folks. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. Fir a small town hardware store they do a great job covering the basics and surprising you by having some odd ball stuff as well. Ace hardware is my 1st stop for project shopping in Hot Springs.

Love this store. They have everything you possibly could need and if they don't have it on the shelf they will order it in. From furniture to hardware supplies and grills they have it all. The store staff is always friendly and walk you right where you need to go. I am lucky that Hot Springs has this store.

The employees here are very kind and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to you, ask rhe right questions to understand your needs, and then help you find it and fixit if you ask Including, if need be, order it or tell you where to go to find it either in town at another store or where to go outside of town. Not all stores will do that but this one does. They may have a less than ample inventory, but this makes up for that shortcoming. It is a good place to shop for what you need.

Hands down one of the tip rated Ace stores still around. The store is well organised. The service is great. If they don't have it they will try to get it for you. While I like big stores like Lowes etc I would go here battle anywhere else.

Insanely.ExpensiveSeriously, a pair of electricians pliers are $28. Conveniences is not worth that mark up. I can order the things online and wait a day or two, or drive to rapid and pay %50 less than their prices. I do go in a pinch if I need something quickly, but my god, if they weren't the only option in town for hardware needs, they would instantly go under. I get that we should support home town businesses, but you cannot expect anyone to pay double what they can literally anywhere else.

This small town Ace Hardware is the best. Most efficient and helpful hardware store I have ever been in. If they don't have or supply it they will help you locate it. So greatful to live in this community.
