They have protein bars pictured in the Ad for $2/5 with a coupon on the app. They rang up $3.75 each. ( .25 higher than the tag on the shelf ) I showed the checker the Ad and asked her to manually fix it. I was told she would have to call her boss at home and that they would have to call their supervisor to approve it. So I would have to wait who knows how long for that to happen. If I was in management for Family Dollar I would be embarrassed by the ineptitude of this policy. If it’s an obvious mistake fix it for the waiting customer. So much for customer service.

Like to give them less, still waiting to get full refund on merchandise, apparently the manager isn't allowed to override a transaction, so have to wait for district manager to Call me!!! They only gave me half price back on clothing, when I paid full price, less than a week ago! With tags still on and the receipt. I used to shop there 3 to 4 times a week, not anymore, I'm going to the Family General from here on out.

I had originally gone across the street to your competition, and found them to be very rude and unhelpful. I told the cashier I’d go across the street instead. Good move on my part. FAMILY DOLLAR was way more friendly and helpful. Especially the girl who used to work at Daily Bread.

Clothes were over crowded and just hung up where a hangar would fit. NOT SORTED/ORGANIZED AS PER SIZE!! Couldnt even look through them without a bunch falling off the rack and on the floor. I had shoulder surgery on left arm, plus a cane in the other. There were 2 employees standing at counter visiting ~ even though we were in plain view, NO ONE came to assist.We then went to look for some medicated cream for my daughter. A staff person was standing there looking for where to put an item back on the shelf. He did not POLITELY STEP ASIDE so as to let the customer go first. Also knew we were looking, but offered no assistance.When we got to the counter, he asked if we found everything ~ my daughter said "No, not really", and he said NOTHING.This was the WORST customer service I've had at a FAMILY DOLLAR STORE in SD that I've ever had.... So dissapointing.11/16/2016 @ 8:30pm.

Its family dollar, no big expectations, this one is fairly clean ans pretty well organized the Isles are tight. Over all I would give it a 7 out if 10. I will continue to shop here.

So nothing really stands out about this place. I came here to buy a fan. It took me a while to find it, but I found it. most of the fans there had damaged packaging so I had to pick through what was there and find one that wasn't damaged.
