Had to get new registration and tags for family vehicle at the treasurers office. We went to Dairy Queen for a late lunch. The food is great, the kids were all happy with their meals. I've seen it done at other fast food places. You're dining inside, the clerk gives you a number to place at your table. The clerk says they'll bring our the order. They never do.Previous experience with other fast food places had me listening for our order so I could pick it up. I got sidetracked talking with the kids then I hear "here's your order, enjoy your meal". That was COOL!!!

We loved being able to get ice cream on a Monday. Other ice cream shops are closed on Monday. The service was friendly and the ice creams were delicious. I had a mini strawberry cheesecake blizzard and Jimmie had a caramel Sunday. We'll be back again. Jim also remarked on the nice, clean bathroom.

Been going to this DQ for years. The staff are always friendly and happy to fix a mistake with a order if necessary. Of course DQ has the best ice cream in my opinion! Definitely recommend stopping their if your looking for a quick spot to eat!

Kinda disappointed that the inside is not open, we went here on our way home ( 90 miles) and had to eat outside, it was cold but we had a rather large party with us, so outside was our only option. And also had to inform others who wanted to stop and eat here that dine in is not an option. Food was not great, but not bad either. Waiting was kind of long. Staff is not that friendly, but not entirely rude either.So this is not a bad or good review, just okay.

It was ok. Apparently no sizes for drinks or for combo meals, the 1/3 pound double cheese burgers were dry and would have been a little difficult to eat if not for the copious ketchup and mustard that overwhelmed the taste of the cheese and burger itself. The fries were quite good. The shake tasted great and was a real hit.

Lobby is closed but the drive through is open. Which means no bathrooms. Food was good, but was missing a cheeseburger. Which was remedied. Just remember Joe Pesci’s advice about drive throughs. Other than that it was ok.

I was at the Evan's Plunge last week and got to witness how the owner treats services workers. Pretty pathetic. There was a younger lady working and they were closing for cleaning. I guess the times changed unexpectedly. I had thought it closed at 10 and opened at 11, but went in earlier and was pleasantly surprised to see it open. I was leaving behind a large group and the owner was ahead of them. She proceed to berate the poor girl for the closing change that was out of her control. The girl didn't change it. Not only that, she asked the girl if the entire hour was needed to clean. When told yes she rudely said in the nastiest tone I've heard that she didn't see the girl jumping to clean. How could she when we were still in there touching things? Poor girl had her work cut out for her. Only after talking to some of the locals during lunch did I learn that she's the owner of the dairy queen. I will not be going to this establishment on any of my other trips going forward. The owner needs to learn to treat people better and be a kinder human being.

Went through the drive-thru for lunch. Nearly every order was screwed up, from missing fries or condiments, to condiments put on the wrong order. Orders were filled speedily, but wrong and the drive-thru is too long to go back through and try to get it corrected on a tight schedule.

Staff seemed friendly. But was not impressed to see my burger go into the microwave after it was all put together. Then when I opened to eat it 15 minutes later cause it was so hot, the cheese was all over stuck to the wrapper. Probably won't be stopping back here to eat.

This was a really well run Dairy Queen. We went for a late night snack and there were at least 10 cars in the drive through, but we had our food within just a few minutes and it was good and fresh.

Everyone is saying that you can't open the lobby due to being under staffed. Here's an idea, pay a livable wage. A lot of us are getting really tired of drive through only. There's no point of stopping in during lunch. Sincerely, you can do better

Busy DQ for the area, but great friendly employees. Stopped here on July 3rd and was asking for help with a good location to see fireworks. The first employee was a little young and not that helpful which I kind of expected and didn't mind. The second employee brought our food to the second window and he was much more helpful. He took his time and gave us a few different options that helped us out a lot. Even though they were busy he was very patient and helpful and I appreciate that very much. Also, this is one of the few DQ's that actually made the chilli cheese dogs right and not sloppy. Thanks guys!

Family owned, does not mean friendly service. I never have had problems with the food, but the management at this store is unfair to their employees and do nothing to make things easier for employees that work hard, pick up shifts countless times and then need time off for their sick children. I wouldn't give my business to such cruel people. You make your own decision. Just know your reinforcing the terrible way they treat employees by being a patron to them.

We stopped for dinner on our way through town. The food quality was good but the service was excellent! We accidentally left behind our infant son's diaper change supplies which included some prescription ointment. I called DQ when I realized it was missing and they shipped it back to me! I don't typically post reviews but I am so grateful for the outstanding service we received while at the restaurant and afterwards. Thank you!

This is the best DQ I've been to. The food is reasonably priced (which is not typical for DQs elsewhere) and the service is good. I wish Hot Springs had a few more fast food restaurants to draw more tourists, but this place is a worthwhile stop.
