Chad is a great manager, don't know him personally but everytime there's a problem he fixes it. Mike C doesn't know a saw blade from weed eater string. Guys a joke. Needs a huge kick in the rear.

Sadly, there are some really good folks at this store, but there are a handful of sour, rude people who ruin it. Poor stocking practices, and takes weeks to order something. A manager who just doesn’t care and another one who seems to try hard to help customers. It would be a great place if they got rid of the few who think their above being courteous; until then, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Needed some chain and assorted hardware so we went to Bomgaars. Staff was really friendly and helpful, great selection of hardware items. I've been in four different stores and have always been treated well here. One of my favorite farm and fleet supply stores.

Large inventory/selection for a town of this size, but the prices are crazy and the staff hasn't been very helpful in my experience.Update (02/28/22): +1 star for service improvement. Even though the store didn't have what I was looking for today, the staff were very kind and genuinely helpful. Good job, thanks Tanner!

We like going to Bomgaars for the convenience and competitive prices. They help provide products and supplies to our small town. Generally ,the employees have been friendly and helpful with an exception for a couple times then I was really surprised at the lack of professionalism. We don't like the hard rock music playing and I can't wait to leave the store. I think twice about even going most times. The snack selections and the area at the front could use improvement as well.

We love this hometown store! We bring our fur babies and they are welcomed with treats from the employees! We buy our dog food, cat food and chicken food from this store and our fur babies look forward to our every 2 week visit!!

The staff was friendly, the bathroom was clean, and they had a good selection of items. We were looking for a couple things that they didn't have and their prices were a touch high but overall, it was a good experience.

Called to ask if they had cement paver forms the guy that answered which I know the name cause he said his name when he answered, but I won't put it on here said no nothing of the sort and just rudely hung up the phone as I was saying ok thank you. Not good customer service!!

Frank provided exceptional customer service to me at the Hot Springs store. I needed help finding a part for my car. He was very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. Bomgaars you now have a customer for life. Thank you very much Frank!

Got to be one of my favorite hardware stores. But that just scratches the surface. They have clothes, farm, auto and a host other supplies I don't find anywhere else.

Once again they didn't have what I needed. The inventory for horse tack is POOR! I've been looking for a hackamore for over a month. Then this evening went in for horse wormer and none. When we asked if there was more, the response was "if it's not on the shelf we don't have it." Hate for ya to actually go back and LOOK. Done. Just done.

I called this Bomgaars about 7:30 pm and received less than satisfactory service over the phone and subpar sevice. I was transferred to about three people over the phone. None of them knew what I was talking about and when I got there none of them knew where it was. Can we guess what that item was? A torch head for a propane tank. I think that was pretty self-explanatory, not to mention they told me to go look at your competition store, when clearly they did have the part!

OUTRAGEOUS!! The worst boomgars. Manager is the same one shopco had there. Loud hard rock music over intercom. Same snoody manager. Highly suggest you go to another store. newcastle and chadron much better.
