The customer service is exceptional!I emailed the store in regards to an issue with a bag I had purchased in August 2020 and Kendra went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issue. And, extremely quick I must say!They have a very nice selection of high quality products and I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

This is the greatest company for customer service and quality products that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The USPS lost the item I had purchased for my daughter for Christmas and the customer service rep at The Handbag Store expedited another one to me to make sure I had it on time. She also sent a return label for the lost item in case it arrived (which it did a week and a half after Christmas). There are so few business owners out there with this kind of caring attitude and integrity. Bravo!!!

I love my Unicorn purse, but one issue was I can’t get a copy of my receipt that I paid for this purse. I was not sure what’s going on with their system that needed to be proved that I did pay for this purse. That’s why I was concerned about part of that, but not angry. I was talking about 2 days ago.

I really love this store! When out in the Black Hills for our yearly camping trip, we always stop here! I love their selection, variety and quality of products. Each handbag or wallet I’ve gotten has always been a favorite and I use them much more than anything I’ve ever gotten elsewhere. PLUS... I love shopping local!

THBS delivers super fast by usps mail, packages product with care, great price, superb products, and even included a personal note. I will buy again and visit this store. This place is super fun - good collection of good quality purses, bags, and wallets. I have been here several times over the last year or two, and the staff is always helpful and upbeat. I would recommend stopping here when going through Hill City!
