Absolutely wonderful! The owners and staff are local and not affiliated with a chain. I stayed here from 4/26/24 to 4/28/24 for a work trip. I have never had hotel staff be so accommodating and friendly and I travel a lot. Since the owners are locals they are able to give great guidance on things to do in the area. Also noteworthy is that they did major updates over their winter season and everything is updated including brain new beds and pillows in every room. I have had three back surgeries and other chronic conditions and the bed was very comfortable for me. I will definitely be staying here again.Rooms: Completely remodeled, exceptionally clean. They actually clean your rooms when you are a stay over compared to other hotels I've been at in the last few years. Bluetooth alarm clock, self charging station.Nearby activities: You can literally walk to any of the businesses in Hill City from this hotel. Also, a straight shot to Custer and Crazy horse from the nearby high way.Safety: Located in safe quiet area.Walkability: Easy access anywhere especially tourist sites.Food & drinks: Many restaurants nearby, gas station next door and a dollar general close by to get basic supplies.Noteworthy details: Although I don't have an electric car I noticed they have a couple parking spaces with charging stations.

I cannot more highly recommend a place to stay than here! The room has been cleaned spotlessly every single day, the staff always has a smile and a hello, goodbye, or have a nice day. Being at the end of town and right next to a gas station, the location is fantastic. Can't go wrong here!Rooms: Super clean, bright and cheeryWalkability: Several restaurants and the 1885 Railroad are within easy walking distance

This place is highly recommended. About 20 minutes to Mount Rushmore and in between of food and places. Pool and spa were very clean as well as the rooms. Breakfast is very clean and healthy ; a lot of choices of food and they kept refilling all stations for food.The rooms are spacious and clean. This is way better than Hilton hotel and affordable and accommodating for family’s .It also has Mountain View’s and not a bad hack for an affordable place !

This was pretty decent hotel. It was clean and quiet. The service was friendly and helpful. The price was great. The breakfast was good.They offered, biscuits, gravy, eggs, english muffins, cereal, milk, juices, fruit and more.It was within a few minutes drive to all the local sites and parks .I would stay here again.

Nancy checked us in and she is a rockstar! So helpful. After several days of hauling luggage it was great to be on the ground floor and just bring things into the room.The room was large, the beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Thank you for that! You could take advantage of tourist but, you don't. It was a great experience.Rooms: Roadside rooms are quiet.Nearby activities: We came to see Mount Rushmore and the Crazy Horse Monument. Both are very close to the Inn.

This place wasn’t too bad. The rooms were a surprise, very up to date. Wasn’t what we expected at all. Very clean, neat and updated. The negatives are the water makes noise when turned on and they walls are very thin. You can pretty much hear all the doors slamming shut from next door or across the hall. Breakfast was ok, as expected. It a bad place to stay considering other alternatives.

Really nice hotel. Quiet with super comfy beds and pillows. Nice staff and right next to walking path and gas station. We had a one bedroom suite with a real door.

After a long work week it was great to relax in the hot tub and pool. Loved the updated flooring, lights and the excellent coffee! The manager is professional, courteous and outgoing. Congratulations EverSprings!!Walkability: Within a couple blocks of downtown and attractions.Food & drinks: Several good places to eat along with wine and beer taprooms.

Rooms: Nice sized room with comfortable beds & bedding. Table with 2 chairs & wardrobe as well as a larger mini-fridge (no freezer) & microwave. I was pleased with EverSpring.Nearby activities: Came for the Buffalo Round-up in Custer. Very close to round-up activities. Beautiful area! Also visited Crazy Horse day of Fall Walk & Mt Rushmore. Hill City is my favorite place to stay in Black Hills.
