I have been trying to contact them to get my daughter into Horse Lessons. Her friend and her have been wanting to get into lessons for awhile and I have contacted them SEVERAL times and I speak with the owner when I call, and he tells me to text him and he will get something going, and then crickets! I have called, texted the owner (per request), text the instructor, and Facebook messaged.... Crickets! I understand being busy, but this has been going on with no response for over a month! obviously customer service and new business is not a thing to them! I have spoke with other people who know them and asked them to have them respond as its very unprofessional, and still nothing! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!! I wanted to go to them as they are close and heard some good things, but clearly they cannot be considered at all at this point

BOARDERS BEWARE!! My mom had her horse boarded at this location after my Grandpa died. She was in the process of moving and was living an hour away from where CK stables is located. She trusted that although our horse was only on “pasture board” that the staff and owners would still check on the horses. She came out 5-6 days after her last visit only to find our mare gravely injured with this huge hole in her chest!! Nobody had any idea that she had been injured. Not one single person on the protester noticed. They left her out in the pasture with this festering wound for a week, never notified my mom and she was left to suffer. When my mom questioned the owner he was extremely rude and said it’s not their responsibility to check on the horses and that he didn’t care. Our horse is lucky to be alive!!! Do not trust this barn, the employees or owner unless you want to take the chance of your horse dying. They only care about money, definitely NOT horse lovers here!!!

I had an last minute need of stabling overnight. Chance was east to get a hold of and very helpful ! I appreciate them letting us stay and giving my horses the best care.

The guys at CK we’re great. We had an unexpected stay in Sioux Falls and had to find a place for our new horse to stay overnight. I called 4 other stables and no one else answered. They answered right away and said absolutely. When we got there they had everything ready and made the stay so easy. It’s a beautiful facility with great owners and staff!! Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice!!!

Great place to board, have everything, wash bay, tack room, indoor and outdoor arena. The other boarders haven’t been so nice to me during my stay, unfortunately.

We asked for our dog to have grooming done while he was there for 3 days, but they had forgot. I understand they were just getting up and running and things can be a bit hectic when you start a new business, but our dog seemed fine afterwards as opposed to being traumitized from other places he was at.

Very poor customer service. I couldn't seem to get the trainer to call me back to make appointments. And when I called the stable itself I finally got someone who told me it wasn't really his deal. I said but I called the number for the stables and he said he'd get a hold of her. When she finally called me she was short and snippy with me. She said I gave her the wrong number not once but twice on her voicemail and she claimed I gave him the wrong number. I didn't give him a number as it was a cell phone I called. So we decided to ask for our money back and when we did he yelled at me on how rude I was calling when she has lesson's. How am I suppose to know. Well I waited a couple weeks for the check in the mail as he asked me to send him my address and I obliged. Two weeks and nothing. So I called both numbers and no answer. So I text telling him if I didn't receive a check or hear back about it I would contact the bbb and he called back right away yelling at me!!! He actually told me to f off and said I needed to take whatever meds I was skipping!!! Bad business at its finest. I will never ever do business with them ever again!!! And I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to fight to get a refund.
