I have gone to this location multiple times and have received a cup of vanilla ice cream every time I order an avalanche. There is no mix ins in the avalanche that I've ordered. They are horrible. I've even gone as far as asking for "extra" and I end up paying for it... But not receiving it. I get it, all the employees are 14 years old ... But maybe training could be better? Or maybe order more product so you don't have to skimp on it? This is the WORST location in the area.

We recently moved to SD from NE so I had never had B & G before. I've given this 2 tries now and I don't know what the hype is. First time (5/11 around 6pm), they literally forgot half my order and I had to send my husband for it so my ice cream wouldn't melt. And even the hot food wasn't very hot when I got home 5 minutes later. Second time, the French fries were literally raw still (4/9 around 6:15pm). I gave 2 stars because the ice cream was good.

Yum! Will be back again! This was a delightful little treat. The sizes are good and I'm excited to try more. The staff was very friendly and, while you could tell some folks were new, they were all willing to help answer our questions and give us yummy treats. Thank you!

I was super excited when B&G built a location near my house (I practically can see it from my front yard) - that’s where the excitement ended. Since opening I’ve received poor service (including an employee who was extremely rude in the drive-thru) and stopped going last year as a result. I decided to give them another try this year and not only do I continue to get the unfriendly service but I just got home with an orange slushwhip that tastes like orange juice and mint toothpaste. Clearly the blender wasn’t cleaned between my order and the one before me. So, I guess I’ll continue to make the trek to Tea to receive the B&G quality and experience that made me a fan in the first place.

Harrisburg Milky Way was great. The food was fast and hot. The staff were pleasant and eager to work. I didn't order any sweet treats, but I will update this if I do order those items at a later time.My dogs loved all the smiles at the drive up window and their burger was big enough to treat 2 forty+ pound dogs.

Drive through was closed and the lobby was closed early. We were told to walk up to the drive through window to order. My husband went to oder and all of the inside workers ignored him. In the meantime a snotty girl worker came up to my vehicle screaming that we were parked in the employee parking and had to move our vehicle. We were parked as the drive through was closed and there was NO employee parking sign. If the goal is to not sell ice cream they achieved it. So disappointing. Never coming back.

Most people that right reviews are very annoying but this is for the improvement of the service. I enjoy their pizza burger and the ice cream. But the fryer hasn’t been cleaned in months, I’ve been eating the fries for months and everytime it has a good amount of char and are starting to burn the fries. I had a fry that just unedible, I usually pick and choose which I eat.

Second time buying a foot long hotdog with the same results. The hotdog was tough and shriveled up from being overcooked and the bun was not fresh. The bun was hard to the touch, which likely meant it was old and/or left outside of the bag causing it to dry out. For the cost of the food I would have expected it to at least be fresh. Disappointed a second time with no plans of returning.

No longer walk up friendly and are also not dog friendly. I've been a regular customer at this location since it opened, and have done both walk ups (to the drive thru window) and drive through in a vehicle. The teenage girls that were working today obviously had either never had a walk up, or didn't feel like doing their jobs.I decided to take my dog for a walk and grab some ice cream on the way. I waited at the drive thru window until all the cars had gone through, and the employee told me I had to go around front. I asked if their lobby was open then, and she said no. Another teenage girl game to the window and rudely told me that my dog wouldn't be allowed inside. I said that's fine, but why couldn't I just order at the window? They same girl told me I needed to go back to the outside drive up menu to order, so I did. I waited there for 5 minutes while a line of cars piled up behind me. No one ever answered, so I left.Take your money else where unless you're in a vehicle. Not sure if I'll come back after today due to the rude service.

Good burgers, you can taste the charbroiled in them. The slushwips are very tasty. I tried the fries once, over seasoned (too much pepper) for my taste the second time they were tasty.

For primarily teenagers operating the store in the evening they are doing an amazing job! Delicious, cool treats in a short period of time. Kudos to those employees working so hard to keep the community fed with delicious treats.

Great addition to Harrisburg! Always friendly service and fantastic ice cream. Love the strawberry twist cones! Only reason for not giving the 5th star ⭐️ is because the cones keep getting smaller every time. The mediums are now the size of the old smalls.

The people were okay. The corn dog was soggy. The beans were bland. The fries were soggy/mushy. The small soda was a junior size. The nachos were all separate as were the nacho fries. The spice level was not there. Barely any sour cream, like less than a spoonful. And they put lettuce in the taco that was requested no lettuce.Their cheese balls weren’t bad. The ranch was good.Overall, not B&G quality.

Not as good as the Sioux Falls locations. Empty cones and the amount of ice cream isn’t the same on cones as Sioux Falls. Go to the one on 69/Louise instead.

That a root beer float was charged 1.40 extra from what the menu said, After my card was charged the boy work and the counter said their prices win up. Maybe you should adjust the menu to show those increases.

Really great service, currently they only have the drive thru but it's very quick and efficient. Sounds like they'll open the inside and have outside seating by next summer (2022).
