I want to write a complementary review of my experience when shopping with Fensel's. I have worked with them twice; once when I got married and once recently when I wanted to send flowers to my relatives living in Freeman at Christmas. Both times the flowers were gorgeous and fresh and I was very pleased. Last Christmas they made sure to deliver my order the same day and my folks loved them! My experience with this company has been great.

Very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend! I tried to surprise a friend’s family with flowers for the loss of one of their loved ones, and she made it EXTREMELY difficult to do so. I have worked with multiple online florist companies in the past, but none have ever been as difficult to work with as this one. Had an attitude the entire time. I don’t normally write reviews but I could not let this was slide. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
