The beds are not the best. We both had a hard night sleep on them. There was something splashed on the wall. Unknown on how long it has been there. There was a lot of noise coming from all over the place. They charged us full price for the room, even though we made a reservation online for a much lower price. We were overcharged $100.00 for the room. And all I could be told by management is that my money should reappear in approximately 7 business days. I've always stayed at the Double Tree and have never had any problems with them. And this stay just confirmed to me that I will continue to stay at the Double Tree. The casino was nice as usual. Machines were paying off good.

Though the location was nice and something different which was what we were looking for , the room was dirty, the floors were filthy with bottle caps and dirt and debris under the bed, there was stains on the wall, shaving residue in the shower along with hair, a broken remote that was taped back together and my husband rested his hand on something sticky by the window. The pillows were honestly kind of gross and floppy. Just kind of thought the room would be a bit more clean for as little as there is to actually clean in said rooms. "Better luck" next time in finding a room there right. Oh well. Night well spent in Deadwood as usual. Hopefully for a cleaner place to rest our heads next time.

The rooms are extremely small, the walls had shoe marks and dirt on them, the lamp on the desk had visible yellow staining, the lobby had visible dust on the lights above the tables, no-one was consistently cleaning, the hotel also charges for parking yet does not have hotel guest only parking it took almost a half hour to get a parking spot from someone leaving the casino. Overall I recommend any other hotel in Deadwood but this one.Rooms: Small, dirty, minimalistic.Noteworthy details: You have to pay for parking, yet there is zero hotel guest only parking. Good luck with finding a parking spot on a busy evening.

Truly a resort you’ll never forget or regret. I’ve been fortunate to have experienced many locations throughout the country and many across the world ( thanks to Navy )For myself and many others, you’ll build memories every moment you’re here.Downtown Deadwood a moment away proving many venues. Some of the best chicken wings and pizza I’ve ever had in this region of the country . To get your best value I’d recommend considering booking on or near one of the many events that occur in the casino and definitely downtown Deadwood ( I’d also recommend having access to a vehicle while here in the Black Hills) driving through a true forest, hiking on Mickelson Trail and a short drive away is another town from history, Lead . You really should see the Open Cut Mine. There’s a visitor center that since recent renovations has really impressed many.( hitting a jackpot helps too, welcome to South Dakota.

This is a fantastic hotel and resort with fabulous restaurants and a great casino. The staff was so friendly, we drove over 15 hours and were extremely exhausted, the hotel just happened to have a room ready and we were able to check in early. I love the view too, front or back.

Basic hotel for a good price that gets the job done. It was clean. You don’t hear any noise from the action downstairs so that’s nice. No pool for this hotel but you’re allowed to use the pool from one of the other hotels next door. It stormed during our visit so having the parking garage option was nice.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels but this experience was top notch. Every staff member I interacted with was so kind. The lobby was very clean and I was very impressed with all the seating. It's nice to have a space to decompress from the hustle and bustle happening in the town. I was very surprised to receive a text each day asking how my experience is going and if I needed anything. The text right after check in making sure everything was adequate with the room was very my appreciated. Will definitely be staying again.

This is the first time I've stayed in this particular brand of hilton. Very pleasantly surprised. It initially looks like it might be just a low budget option, which it is, but was comfortable and well appointed. It included breakfast and there's a little shop if you needed something. It's sad above a casino, which is built in entertainment. All in all a great place to stay.

Do not stay here it's a joke. Terrible customer service, rooms are filthy, staff needs serious training, breakfast was horrible - bananas brown hot food cold apples so rotten skin pulled away from apple and staff were rude. You pay for parking and don't have a space - the staff are using the paid parking for the hotel guests. Not up to Hilton or any hotels standard. Disgraceful. I asked to speak with GM and a week later no contact. Do not stay here.

The room is an incredible use of space from the coat hooks to the pull out desk and underbed storage. The bathroom was well furnished with amenities and cozy towels. The bed is hard as a rock but the pillows and sheets were soft. The staff we interacted with (Katie and Leslie) were great! We would recommend for a weekend stay!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was highly impressed! The room was clean and comfy. I loved the shower! The room is definitely on the smaller side and there was no couch, but it was just me, so it worked. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and the underground parking was great when it did nothing but snow the whole time. There are a few different options for dining on the casino level, so that is another perk of staying here. Overall, I will definitely stay here again!

Modern and clean. Fun casino downstairs. My only complaint is I hate paying for parking. I'd rather have it stuck on my room rates then charged separately. It's parking.....shouldn't a hotel provide that as a given? Great breakfast selection. So overall happy .....I'd complain about paying for parks no matter where I'm at! Ha! Ohhh....and I saw deer this morning out my window facing the mountain!

Other than the staff bring exceptionally nice, the hotel room left a lot to be desired. The room was 52 degrees when we entered in the winter. No carpet and the floors are freezing. Beds are hard as a board and pillows were large and lumpy. Cannot believe what we paid for a night. We cancelled the remaining amount of our stay and moved to another hotel. Seriously, don't pay 150 a night for minimal amenities and a cold, steril, lifeless room. I want to be comfortable, warm and pampered.

It was initially hard to find as it's part of a multicomplex of casinos and hotels.Lots of underground parking which was convenient to the hotel. There is a fee to park underground which was partially offset with coupons for food and activities). Staff were cordial and informative.

They make you pay $15 for parking, you can get it back but it's a credit you have to gamble in the casino. I got to experience an unwelcome wake up call of children running back and forth screaming in the hallway. The parking lot is tight and seems like hit and run central, I saw two ding and dash parking attempts from the window in the room. I even left with a souvenir in my car door from a thoughtful vehicle door operator who apparently would prefer to remain nameless. I refer to it as the dent I had to paid for.

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly, I’ll save you a few minutes of walking around the casino looking for the front desk and tell you the lobby is on the second floor. Rooms are nice, hand soap smell great, and the TV is strangely large for a hotel room but it’s actually nice. Breakfast was good. The pancake machine was enough to sell me. Within walking distance to downtown, .8 miles from the front door to the Franklin to be exact, however the dining options here are fine too. Would recommend if you find yourself in Deadwood.
