they charge 20+ percent more than a regular Starbucks. When you go to pay the machine prompts you to automatically add at least 20% tip. Then they gave me the wrong drink, and when I said this isn’t the drink I ordered they just stared at me like it was Incomprehensible to solve this problem. I walked out paid and tipped for the wrong drink. The definition of blank faced failure of service.

This Starbucks is inside Tin Lizzie. It's quite, clean and beautiful. The young people working in there was fun.Only thing! I'm hard of hearing and while talking with Starbucks employees a lady pushed a vacuum up on the carpet not even 3 feet feet from me and walked off. The vacuum was running.I could no longer hear a thing.She just looked at me when she came back. Did not seem to care.

It has now been a while since I ordered my Venti Blond coffee. We checked four times already. "Out of beans" is a poor first excuse. Now they just told me "they forgot". I want my tip back and I still want my coffee as I understand that "stuff" happens.Free coffee at my hotel and I thought Starbucks would be a better deal which it usually is.EDIT...The sweet gal behind the counter came out with my drink and apologized for the delay. She gave me a Starbucks gift card which we did not expect. Thanks very much for her kindness and consideration !!

Train your employees in hygienic rules. Do not touch your face and mess with your hair while making the food. We literally just watched this young man do all of that, constantly, then touched the trays were the food would be placed. He also took his sweet time so instead of waiting to throw the food away, we just walked out. $10 wasted but Id rather not get sick.The only good things were the drinks. The lady making them did awesome!

Meh. Food quality is surprisingly poor. And they got my order wrong. Ordered an egg white wrap and received egg white bites. No decaf coffee. You have to order a decaf espresso and make it into a latte. My wife had the bacon Gouda sandwich. Just so-so. The cheese danish was “off” - flavor and texture. We’ve never had a mediocre experience at a Starbucks before. This was not expected.

During events and holidays this place will be very busy, so have patience...I would see one person picking up at least 6-8 drinks plus food multiple times so I can only imagine how slammed they get.I know one time I placed an order via mobile app from 5 minutes away, 1 refresher, 1 latte and 1 pastry and it took 25 minutes.

This was possibly the worst customer service experience ever. Don’t take this as bad luck, DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, the cashier (not even in uniform) didn’t make a single drink or help the other 2 people working. And of the other two workers, there was a 40 year old woman who did nothing but stand by the microwave. Which means that during this rush there was ONE person making drinks (poorly may I add) I waited 45 minutes for one lemonade and watched as family’s got their large orders before me. I complained twice and got brushed off or ignored both times. Horrible experience.PS: (to the working manager) stop tattooing your eyebrows and start doing your job 🤗

I am not someone to usually leave a bad review especially because working for the public sucks but today august 19th was possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any coffee shop. I got to Starbucks and ordered 2 drinks at about 9:00. I was there for 45 mins waiting while multiple people who had come in after me were being served before me. I saw a family get a full breakfast and their drinks before me. When I talked to the girl with the glasses at the counter she said “there are lots of orders” when I explained to her that I had been waiting for quite awhile and just wanted to know when the drinks would be done she ignored me. I waited for another 10 and asked the older lady working why it was still taking so long and that I had to go. She responded with “we are going as fast as possible” then proceed to sit at oven for 10mins literally doing nothing. I think these people should be retrained because a coffee shop is obviously not the place for any of the 3 workers.

They gave my sandwich to another customer and were somehow blaming it on how I ordered and that I needed to buy another one. After a while they realized their mistake and said they were going to cook up a replacement. After this I had to remind them twice before they actually made the sandwich. No exaggeration it took at least 45 minutes for me to get my sandwich… terrible service

As a fellow barista, I had an interesting experience. I got 2 drinks, a chai and a mocha. Typically both these drinks would take 3-4 minutes max to make. I waited for about 15 minutes. I thought they forgot about me until my chai came out, then a few minutes later my mocha. There were 3 baristas on duty, one on register, one on bar, and the other I assume was oven/support. The question I have is why did it take so long? The decor of this location is great, a lot better than my location. There also wasn’t a line. I hope our DM doesn’t have to wait 15 minutes for a coffee if they ever choose to visit. I don’t mean to sound harsh, but it’s the truth. Starbucks has a standard, and there’s room for improvement here.

It was good, except barista, a bit by the book & not pouring the whole drink into the cup that she prepared for me and I asked for. She micro managed the amount being poured into the cup, instead of just pouring the whole drink into the cup, that she prepaired tossed the rest away into the the sink. What a waste! Especially for a Gold Member & Starbuck Patriot.

The girls who work there are very nice. The manager even gave customers a 5$ gift card due to the fact that they were cleaning their espresso machine. It was a small inconvenience but I really appreciated how the manager handled it.

Nice, big shop! Poor guy was left alone for 15 min during a rush, and when the co-worker came back there was a huge backlog of drinks that took another 20 min to clear. Otherwise, they are great and work hard and the place is clean.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Line was back up so much, waiting 30 mins for two Frappuccino’s. 10 mins was waiting to place my order. Workers didn’t even acknowledge me. The drinks were so watery and didn’t even taste like they had coffee in them. Ended up not even drinking them. Will not go back.

We drive down to get a coffee because the goggle site shows your open till 6pm this is the second time in 2 days!! 1 st time the 2 gals made us coffees 🤮 worst ever and we do frequent this Starbucks shop often we have never had any issues ! So then today we drive down from Powder House Pass get there at 5 pm for coffee and again they tell us we’re close what the hell already!!Are you ever open late ? Not everyone drinks coffee in the morning! Fix your hours or stay open!

3 chances you're out. Girls are never social unless you're attached to their phone and each time my order has been wrong. Won't return. Plenty of other great coffee spots in deadwood ! ❤ skip here and try the pump across from courthouse. The atmosphere is much nicer. Always get what I order. Scones are good too! Lots of glass gifts and you can take glassblowing classes too!

Clean. Quiet, comfy atmosphere. Very sweet barista working. Accommodated my requests. Always great coffee! And the Sous Vide eggs ...are great!
