A bunch of my friends and myself decided to go out and have some fun in Deadwood. Based upon other reviews, we picked to go here, and we were very satisfied with both the food, the service, and the gambling that we were able to do. We will definitely be back. The only reason that I didn't give it a 5-star review was because we didn't stay overnight at the hotel. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend this place!

Took a trip to Deadwood in March and they were super busy. They had the parking garage mostly taped off so it was hard to find a spot to park. The staff at the front desk were kind and very helpful. Our room was easy to find but the beds were hard. The pool wasn't easy to find and when we did find it the water was freezing and loaded up with chemicals. I've stayed at worse hotels so it wasn't bad.

My luck on the machines could be better. I wish for more new games often. Why do I play there? The staff are all terrific. They treat each player like we're all top level betters ( I am not), Justine at the players club desk is absolutely the best. She brings new players to Cadillac Jack's and keeps them coming back. Her kind spirit and professional demeanor are reason for loyalty.

Fri at 1240 pm beautiful afternoon. Nowhere was I able to cash in sports book tickets.Cashier says go to the book, they can't do it. Come back in 25 minutes.Sports book area desk closed. Go to the cashier.Guest services/premium member rep says I can't do it right now, go to the cashier.You get the idea and run around.What a circle jerk, complete joke, and unacceptable for a place that calls themselves a premium casino.Also, the spinning wheel and live ball have been removed from the electronic roulette game. That WAS one of the main things I liked about this casino and reasons I used to go here.I suggest trying other casinos and sports books around.

From a world traveler and major gaming traveler this was my FAVORITE location.Resort is perfectly Laid out easy access and little walking Key point .Rooms are luxurious and very clean.there are 3 hotels to choose from double tree by Hilton was Fabulous at all levels.Food was very good Mexican or steak house along with great pizza and sandwiches shop without waiting times.Beautiful Pool and fireplaces out side.Elegance Cleanliness great rooms a casino designed Perfectly Cadillac is certainly the choice to make hands down.Best in the United States and I’ve seen them all.Randy the World Travler you Earnrd a 5 Star Review

Stayed from December 23 to December 26.Casino is very tiny, but clean. A decent variation of machines and table games. 2 bars, plus one in the connecting hotel.Drink prices were reasonable, if you did not want the well free drinks or tiny draft beers.The room was awesome on the 4th floor. Pillow were meh, bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. You can use free play and food and drink credits daily. Bit just onceFlyt restaurant was medocire at best. The cheese board was sloppy and weird. Underthe blueberries there were kamala olives. Cheese was decent, meat was chunky and grocery store quality.Drinks were watered down and basic.Rooms: Clean, comfy and great shower pressureNearby activities: Many casinos, food places, and locals shopsWalkability: Can walk to many close attractions a d downtown Deadwood.

I am leaving this review while laying in my hotel bed which is quite literally harder than a concrete floor. The TV is all sorts of messed up and the hallway reeks of fryer oil from 2 floors below. The sink does not have hot water and the shower makes noises. The restaurants are subpar, you’d get better food at a fast food joint. I have come to this casino many times, but this is the first time I’ve stayed the night and I will never be returning. DO NOT COME HERE!

Disappointed that when I got here I asked to see a host...." for what...Sean said" I want my room comped. The casinos I go to I have a dedicated host and no issue with THEO for comping my room.. told me he would look at it Saturday and handle Sunday morning...was not done. Pointless ro drive by casinos where I can stay as a guest but not here??

Listen to me, this is one of the best places to stay in the Hills. The Double Tree at Caddy’s specifically is my favorite stay-cation. I’ve have stayed in many hotels and airbnbs in the area and I always regret not just driving home, except for when I stay at Caddy’s. I’m laying in a King-room now, looking out the window at the beautiful, snow-dusted Black Hills wishing I could stay another day. The room is comfy and clean (I am picky), the gym is great, there is an infinity pool and hot tub that are open till midnight with adult only swim past 10. I had a bomb breakfast sandwich from Flyt this morning, and now I’m going to sneak in for one more work-out and grab a Starbucks for the drive home. For the price, you couldn’t ask for more. EXCEPT, it would be so cool if there were a little spa. None of these resorts have spas and in the winter I would spend MONEY getting a massage and facial during my stay-cations. The bad reviews are from disgruntled gamblers, and that’s not really my thing but the casino is one of the biggest and nicest in town and far as I can tell!

After playing there intermittently for about two years, and having a good run over the course of a few weeks, I was asked not to return.Since I don't cheat, the only thing I can surmise, like other reviews here, is that they only want guests who are good at losing. They might as well hang a sign, "Losers Only."Good casinos embrace good players... in fact they fight for their business. Poorly managed casinos show their hand by feeling threatened by them.This is clearly the latter.

This is THE BEST place!! A must stop when visiting Deadwood! Great place to play, great place to stay, with 3 different hotel options, underground parking, pool, several different food options and the best gaming around, plus their different events they host are so fun. The staff is all friendly and professional.Rooms: very nice, spacious, clean, quiet rooms!Food & drinks: So many options and the best food around!

We loved this hotel! We were a little nervous because we were on the second floor right above the casino but honestly, we both slept so good. The parking was a little challenging but it was a very close walk to the trolley. We did not realize that Deadwood was very much a 9am-5pm town otherwise we would have come earlier. However, the casino within the hotel was a lot of fun. The person who checked us in was extremely kind and helped direct us to how to purchase trolley tokens. We would definitely stay here again!

We were visiting Deadwood and stayed in Lead. Our Airbnb was about 9 minutes away so we decided to spend some time around historic Main Street and popped into CJ’s a couple of times. Really cool place and excellent location. Within walking distance to pretty much everything on Main Street. (The main area) We signed up for the players cards and the manager who signed us up was really nice and helpful when we had questions about how it worked and what not. Casino didn’t smell like smoke which was great. Hotels connected which if we stayed there would have been great. Definitely would go againNearby activities: Historic Main Street is walking distance. Super close. Great location.

Always love being able to play here! Blackjack is my favorite game and they have quite a few tables. It's a busy place due to the awesome atmosphere and the energy is great! Staff are knowledgeable and fun! If you are at the tables and order a drink, be patient, its a big place and the waitresses are doing their best! It doesn't take long, but some people impatient.The machines payout also so I'll play those if I can't find a seat at the blackjack table. Overall, one of my favorite places to play in deadwood!

Exceptional customer service from Chuck who helped us get our room last minute after a scheduling error on our part. Kind, professional, and even laughed at my dad’s cheesy jokes.Love that it’s just a short walk from historic Main Street in Deadwood and the trail system. Right across the street from the trolley stop if you don’t want to walk, too. Room was clean with comfortable beds, was very quiet even late on a Saturday Night! Didn’t play slots this visit but there’s a lot of machines on the casino level to suit many different tastes. We got discounts on the restaurants in the building which was a nice touch! The AC in our room had an easy to use thermostat and easily removable filters to give it an extra clean for those like me with bad allergies. Has a Starbucks downstairs which is great to not have to sustain with only the in room coffee ;) All staff we interacted with were pleasant and kind.

The rooms were great. The personnel involved with the hotel were great. I did not enjoy ever having to leave my room for anything and be on the casino floor. Getting carded every time I am simply trying to get to the food or snack area became really old super quick. The little stamp on the hand comes off anytime you wash your hands and when you are the only one in your group being carded. I have been to quite a few casinos in Deadwood and this is the ONLY one I have been ID'd so many times. Heaven forbid you have a valid state ID from another state other than ND, SD or WY. I won't stay here again.

Hotel room was clean and quiet. Players club cards were not working properly and were a pain. Slot machimes were extremely tight for the amount of money played and only beer comped were small 6 oz. glasses of tap beer. Regular beer if chosen was $5 per beer on top of much money being played. When gambling all beer should be comped. Cost of parking and local taxes also add to over all expense of stay.

We came in on Monday to look and see. It had a lot to offer, however the service was lacking. Not a greeting when we walked in, no acknowledgement while wandering through to see if we would get a room there. For as nice of a place, you would think the staff would be too. Lots of restraunts, and ga being to do. No customer service interaction is a no for us.

Like alot of casinos in Deadwood, there are a limited number of slot machines available and table games are few during the day. There are also a few bars, plenty of ATMs and clean bathrooms located inside. Hotel check-in is on the casino floor. Plenty of underground parking with elevators to your floor.

What a wonderful get away. My husband and I were truly impressed with every single employee we met at Cadillac Jacks, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The property was absolutely spotless. Warner was exemplary in his position as casino host, he added so much to our already amazing visit. We are already planning our next trip back. Absolutely outstanding!!!! Thank you all!! Nice staff and the facility was clean. It does however, have to many old slot machines. I would like to see more newer updated machines. We would have stayed an extra night if that might have been the case. lastly it takes way to much time to wait for a free drink so. I ended up having to buy like 5 of my own. During the holidays I would suggest getting more help, because the staff on the floor always checked in but by the time they came back many gamblers left to other machines. Oh, I Loved, the non-smoking policy

Very nice relaxing feel, maybe I'm just too use to the hectic Vegas casinos but this is very relaxing for a change, place looks great, no complaints.
