As a touring performer I can tell you this is one of the greatest new venues in the region. You can tell from the pictures what a great job they did planning this building and designing everything for big events. What you may not know is that they also have a beautiful patio out back where we can perform outside for part of the year when the weather is right and do a dance under the Stars. The management there is friendly and helpful and right where you need her the whole evening. If you're in the lake Preston Desmet or Brookings area I would definitely look into this venue. I was told that the rental price is only around $450 for the evening. Ridiculous! Their ventilation and filtration system is modern and up-to-date so we can bring in some special effects like dancing on a cloud. I would highly recommend getting a quote from this building and seeing if you can include us for the entertainment!

My family and I stopped here with our 43 ft 5th wheel and camped overnight. The facility is amazing and the people are even better. I really liked this cozy town. It is a hidden gem.

Theater concerts workout room even a walking g track....this building is an excellent venue for any gathering... weddings business meetings reunions birthdays big and small events
