Workers there are so nice! I arrived right before the store opened. The lights weren't even on yet. A nice gentleman saw me struggling to get my wiper blade off to get the correct size for replacement and opened the door and asked if I needed wiper blades. I explained that I was having a hard time getting the old one off and he came right out and pulled it off for me. He figured out the correct size and found me replacement blades. He went out to my vehicle and put the new ones on for me in a flash. Best NAPA store ever!

Family visiting the area had a battery emergency on Saturday morning . Dallas let me buy one over the phone, my wife and son got there, and he changed out the battery in under 10 minutes so they could make their train ride reservation they’ve been looking forward to with minutes to spare. That kind of service seems to be lost these days. Guess we had to go to South Dakota to find it…much appreciated, Dallas!

We were on our way to our last stop on our cross country trip when our alternator went out.The guy was so nice when we called inquiring about the parts and when we got there then letting us borrow tools while we changed it in the parking lot.We was able to finish our trip and they didn’t take advantage of us for being out of towners, making it a cheap fix.!

Outstanding service, quality parts and wonderful staff! They not only had the part we needed (a difficult starter to find for an old 6.5 L diesel) but they brought it to our campsite within the hour so we didn’t have to figure out how to find a lift to their location! If you need parts in Custer definitely give these guys a call, they go above and beyond in their customer service!

Very friendly and professional service, Custer SD. They replaced my batteries for me. Being a disabled Veteran, was very thankful. Would have been a hard task for me. When I ordered the batteries for my 3500 Ram, used my AAA membership number and got a very nice discount. Cost less that 272 dollars for 2 HD batteries ( That come with a 5 year warranty).

We had just gotten to Custer to my Great Grandpa's cabin on Thursday night, unpacked and went to start the truck to head to the Wildlife Loop - it wouldn't start. We got a jump, hit the loop and came back home. It started up the next morning and we headed to Napa in Custer to get the battery tested. Sure enough, it was the problem. The super helpful worker changed the battery for us on the spot. I couldn't believe it! Now that's customer service! He saved the our trip - thanks, Napa Guy!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Had what I needed and allowed me to use the restroom to clean up after topping off my oil.Unlike other reviews, I did not purchase something, use it, then try and return it for a refund. Why would you be driving around with your kids without a spare or a jack anyway?

The mechanic up the street referred me here to get more steering fluid since it was pouring of my new steering gear box. The gentleman was super helpful and even refilled it for me with some fluid to slow the leak until I could get to a shop. Thank you!!!

This place was fantastic, talked to a nice gentleman who was very helpful in finding the right part for my atv. They were friendly, patient and gave me the time of day instead of trying to get me out of their store. I'll definitely be back for future auto repair needs

Horrible service.Had a flat driving though town with 3 small children , wouldn't loan me a jack.Forced me to purchase one , after I used the jack I packaged it up neatly and returned it with my receiptThey didn't open the box to check the contents , the only response was " it's yours now "I stated that I simply needed to borrow a jack not purchase one. They refused to return it and called me "dishonest " amongst other thingsI've had NO issue returning items from ANY other store , especially with a receipt

I was in Custer on vacation when my A/C compressor seized and broke my serpentine belt. I went online and found that I could use a different belt to bypass the broken A/C. NAPA had the part and they also lent me the tools and actually did most of the work to install it! These guys are a real treasure
