I will never shop there again.Especially after she asked my name and that I had to return to speak with her manager because she was upset? Haha Oh my you can’t make this stuff up lolUp set because she couldn’t figure out the cigarettes? Seriously, wow.

One star. Only because I couldn’t leave a zero. Absolute messiest, sloppiest, dirtiest Dollar General I’ve ever been in. Three employees working at the front gossiping… never looked up at me, never said thank you …actually left the til and continued the gossip while they waited for my receipt to print. Could not even get my cart down some of the isles because stuff was all over the floor.

The absolute laziest and most disgusting store. Nothing is ever stocked, like literally majority of the isles just have giant carts of things that need to be put up. I'm a local & ever time I drive by the red headed "manager" is outside smoking and on her phone. Maybe if she took her leadership roll serious it wouldn't be such a sh#t show. No excuses for this, it's been this way before covid.

No beach towels, no floaters . It’s the start of summer and tourist are in full force . Family dollar is closed and this is the only option in Custer to shop?Please is a mess .Come on corporate get it together. Hire some people and get your summer things in stock .Worst dollar general I’ve ever been in .I opt to go to hill city where the store is fully stocked and the employees aren’t standing around complaining about how messy their store is .

After getting our total and leaving to go back home we went through the receipt to find out what cost so much and things that had signs staing it was for 3.50 or 4.00 were not what we were charged. May not go back to that store. The cashier however was very polite.

I stopped at this location around 3:15-3:30pm today to pick up a few things I needed. The store had a big variety of idems and the prices were very reasonable. Finally, The young lady who rang my idems up was very friendly and polite,and patient when I had a small problem with my card declining. We quickly got the problem figured out, and I was able to be on my way. I will DEFINITELY return to this locatiion the next time I'm in South Dakota.

Too crowded and too much going on! Can barely fit down isles or find what you're looking for. One heavier blonde staff lady was very rude and in a huge hurry to push by me down isles as I was struggling to find what I needed.

Stocked well, easy access for disabled. Prices were good. I found everything I needed. One staff person was a little unprofessional. But, I will still recommend.

If no stars were available that’s what I would give the Custer store what an awful mess it is down there nothing on the shelves and so many boxes in the isles you can’t even get through where is the management
