DO NOT SHOP HERE!! This place is a JOKE! They tell you one price then when you get to the check out they charge you $15 for the design without even telling you! The shirts a printed uneven and they peel right away! This place is a scam there is so many better options for tee shirt shops that only charge $2.99 of a design in the Black Hills. My shirt was peeling I took it back and the worker got mad at me and said no refunds! Please save your money and shop else where.

BUYER BEWARE, nice shirts but $64? You don't know the price until you check out... and they pressed your shirt.Base shirt: $30, knew that,Design x 2 30!!! Wow, most custom shirt shops include the first design free, otherwise I would've bought the shirt on Amazon 😂.Wouldn't do it again...

This is a scam! I got my T-shirt yesterday was all excited to wear it today, and the lettering is already peeling off. I tried calling the number on the receipt and it’s to a place in New Jersey and you can’t get a human being. and also it said it was $19.99 but when I got to the register, they charged me $32. of course we have left that area and are not going back. So there’s not much I can do about it.A couple days later, I got home and washed it and I just added the second picture. It’s all peeling off. 😡

After my Husband and I each picked out a shirt to purchase, it was not explained to us, the iron on decals was EXTRA. Cost of shirts = $70, then cost of decals= $80. Total spent on both $151.17. Wow! Stamp a big STUPID on my forehead.

Waiting to be seated at a local restaurant decided to check out the local shops. This place had lots of funny and sarcastic displays. My wife liked a sweatshirt and wanted to inquire about the price. A sales associate was very friendly and charismatic. Share a story about a bison and the consequences of a drunk lady trying to pet one. My wife and her had a good laugh. Wife purchased a sweatshirt and had a good story to share.

Total scam. Gave us the wrong Tshirt sizes and doubled the quoted charge! Tried calling the business to resolve these issues but supposedly no voice mail is set up. My only recourse is to dispute the entire charge with my credit card company. It probably only remains in business by praying upon tourists who cannot face them in person.

Great customer service, helped us find a hoodie size at their alternate location. Large selection of decals. States right at counter decals are extra. We value the service and custom option. The owner has given us free shirts w/decals and other merchandise for repeat business and very slight off decal print.

My family and I wondered in here and what a show! They have tons if options for various shirts, hoodies, and what not. Plus there are tons and tons of prints you can get added onto your shirt of choice. Some of the other reviews say they were surprised by the price. Yes the shirts have their own prices. But they have a list right behind the register saying how much it would be to add onto your shirt. It's right there. And honestly, for how nice the shirt is and how cool some of the designs are it is worth the price anyway. Plus the owner was pretty cool.

Extreme rip off. They have a table outside with $24 sweatshirts, when they don’t have the size you need they offer to custom make them, but charge you double for it, without first telling you the price. $48 is a rip off for a sweatshirt you can get in any other size for only $24. The regular price of most shirts in the store are $29.99, so a decal for $15 is a scam.

Not sure why the reviews on here are so negative; we liked this shop and had a great experience with the owner! The hoodie I got was very soft and well priced, and I got a cute plushie here that actually went with me to every landmark on the remainder of my trip. I think the people working here are great! They showed hospitality and we even shared special moments talking about languages, history, ect. Ignore any bad reviews and go get yourself a nice hoodie, tee, or adorable stuffed animal.

I got the same treatment. I ask how much the shirts were and he said $20. Once I picked out the print and he rang me up for 2 T shirts, he told me the price was $76 for 2 T shirts / $38 a piece! I questioned and he said its $18 extra to put the prints on! What a rip off! Who's going to buy a blank T shirt for $20? Total SCAM artist! To top it off, the phone number on the receipt goes an Ice Cream shop in New Jersey! The guy said he gets 100's of calls for them and cant get it straightened out! LMAF! You've been warned!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Worst experience of our entire vacation. This guy charged us $155 for 2 hoodies and 2 t-shirts. Nothing is priced. He got one of my T-shirt’s wrong and I told him that was the wrong design. He went ahead and charged me for it anyways. The T-shirt and hoodie quality is terrible. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from this horrible business. I felt as if I had been robbed after leaving this place.

Buyer be ware. If they don't give the price , walk out the door. They will charge you double if the have something ironed on the shirt. They will never give the price. They also tell you they will give you a " good deal" . They iron on the design , then give you the price and make you feel obligated to buy. That's why there are so many shirt with designs on them already.

I have never left a review in my life, but this place is terrible. I went in with my 11 year old daughter and her friend we had taken on vacation. My daughter's friend wanted to buy her little brother a tee shirt. There was one already printed with the design she wanted in his size. The sign said $16.99. She took it up to pay for it while I was with my daughter in the back. As we walked out, she mentioned it was a lot more expensive than she thought ($30). I asked to see the receipt and she said they didn't give her one. I walked backed in and asked about it and they said "the sign says designs are extra". I asked to return the shirt, but was refused because she had already walked to the back and gotten an identical shirt to put back on display. Seriously?! The 11 year old left crying because she didn't have enough money for souvenirs for the rest of her family. Do not give this place your business.

Major ripoff. The people working here are swindlers. The price you actually see is just the price for the PLAIN clothing item. Want a print on it? Double the price. At least. You'll easily be charged in the hundreds for 3 or more shirts. Stay far away.

Their shirts marked 19.99 are not that price. They have to print everything on the spot but if you ask for a print on a different shirt the price doubles and they don’t bother to tell you until after they are done and ask for payment. I would NEVER recommend this place. They are really good at deceiving the public and after reading their reviews it’s been going on for awhile.

7/20/2020 Bought 2 hoodies, 1 t-shirt and a face mask for 173 bucks, definitely expensive for how easy it is to make this apparel. They do have a ton of cooldesigns to choose from and press it on right in front of you which is sweet. Disappointed that the shirt and face mask design is a little off center, for that much money, I'd like perfection! 5-star if prices were a little cheaper and the designs were centered correctly. Check prices and design on item before buying!!

We were looking for an adult Harley Davidson brand t-shirt in size 2xl the salesman said it was,so we had it printed and we mailed immediately to our son-in-law in California. It was actually a youth shirt. Quite an expensive mistake. Be careful when purchasing. No phone number to call.I want you to be aware.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can design your own custom shirts, choosing from hundreds of different large prints to breast pocket prints, it’s really very cool. We got stuff for the entire family, and will definitely be coming back next year.

Gave us a tshirt with part of the decal ripped off. Another tshirt we bought was washed once and the decal is peeled off. Terrible.

My girlfriend was just recently scammed by this place. She got 3 shirts and paid $150. She paid $20 a piece for EACH decal. Not to mention she also paid another $20 a piece for each PLAIN T-Shirt. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO HERE!!!TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!! Don’t even want to give them one star! Total BS!

Well the first shirt we purchased lettering started coming off right away went back for exchange the second one was printed off center Third time I went back asked for refund was told to read sign behind counter no exchange no refund all sales final they did x change shirt again after I complained wouldn’t recommend

How do I get a hold of this company? My cousin was here on vacation and bought his wife a shirt. He needs a different size. He would like to order another one but everytime he calls no one answers. He's been trying to call for a month. Do I have to drive to Custer to get the info or does this company not have customer service?

Incredible customer service. We even had a little hiccup on a manufacturer's flawed in a shirt and the folks here made the exact shirt again to fix the issue without question. We will be back on our next swing through town!
