We experienced tire trouble on our trip from CA to SC. We stopped in a parking lot, called AAA and they gave me a 2 hour window to help us. Luckily this Ford dealership was only 4 miles away. One of their mechanics came to us, determined the problem and we followed him back to the dealership. Their whole staff was so friendly and so helpful and we were back on the road the next morning!! Can’t thank them enough.

Bought a truck from them 6 months ago, bald tires, alignment and balance was completely off, drove from Chamberlin to Sturgis like that. Was also under the impression given the add listed, original tires and rims included. I asked about that, and was told they aren’t but they could sell them for additional cost. Price was firm and negotiations weren’t entertained. I understand the demand for trucks is high and given my situation at the time, a purchase had to be made. $19,700 is what I paid for the truck, spent $1,400 on tires the following few days. Now, around 6 months later, looking to sell the truck. Figured I’d reach out to them, as they told me the owner owned that truck prior to me and they knew a lot about it. I didn’t expect them to pay me $19,700 for it, but expected a reasonable offer. After sending pictures and whatnot, they offer me $11k. It’s a great truck, but now wish I had purchased elsewhere to begin with knowing how business is conducted there. Wouldn’t go in there expecting a good deal, or even a fair one at that.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Our fuel pump went out on our cross country trip in our 2005 Ford Thunderbird amd they not only sent the tow truck to get us but they helped us get back on the road by the next morning! Thank you to everyone at Willrodt Ford!

My truck broke down on two hours short of my final destination in Averdeen, SD. First thing in the morning these guys saw me waiting and made me coffee and hustled to get my truck fixed and back on the road again. Extremely professional, friendly, and just awesome service!

People are nice but if you have an issue with your ford vehicle that requires a knowledgeable service tech you won't get it here. They don't have any certified Ford techs onsite.If you need your tires filled with air or an oil change they might be able to do that but that's about it. They will not be able to diagnose more then low tire pressure.. Even the Women behind the service desk told us we better bring our vehicle to Mitchell SD to Vern Eide Ford for a proper diagnostics.They offered us a ride to another dealer for $160 fee. Come on now. That was half the cost of my tow to bring my vehicle to Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell. Lucky the tow company let us ride with them. If you have issues with your Ford vehicle it's best to bring it to a place that has a clue on what they are doing and has certified techs that know what they are working on. This is not the place for anything more then an oil change!

They did an oil change on my Ram 1500 cause the ram dealer was booked. During the vehicle once over they advised me they I had a manifold leak. Thanks to their discovery I was able to get it done under warranty at a ram dealer in Fargo. Thanks to the service department staff even thought they were not the dealer for the brand, they cared enough to make sure I knew and helped me to avoided a huge issue.Thanks again.

My engine blew along I-90 as I was headed to a concert. The team at Wilrodt was able to get me towed into the shop to have a look and got me quickly into a rental car for the night so that I could make it to the concert. They were all so helpful and friendly. I appreciate it!

I had another Ford dealer miss diagnose a problem with my RV while passing thru. Willrodt saved the day and had me back on the road in just a couple hours with a new fan clutch. These guys are amazing. Very helpful and trustworthy. Thanks again for saving our trip.

Was travelling through and had a breakdown on Friday. Rented a car from friday to Monday night and asked them if they give service vehicles for repairs and they said yes they do. I told them I would pay their 20 cent per mile charge but Instead of calling me and saying they would not adjust the 400 plus dollar bill they just charged our card and sent no receipt. When I asked about it they basically said oh well we are not adjusting it. Worse off I ended up at a different Ford dealer a 125 miles down the road with more fixes to what they did. Not a happy customer. When I said I was gonna write a review they just said ok go ahead.

We were traveling through, and our truck wouldnt start after lunch at the Dairy Queen. I called the dealership and Chad came right out. He gave our truck a jump and discovered that the battery cables were loose. We followed him back, and he cleaned the corrosion off, and tightened them down best he could. Thank you, Chad, for your prompt, courteous service. We were so grateful.

We travel fulltime in our Ford Transit motorhome. Today the "oil change required" message came on. Usually a nightmare getting an appointment in a future town....we saw Willrodt Ford right as the light came on and thought, hmmm. They were so nice and helpful. Got us in in 15 minutes, changed oil, air filter, filled def and washer fluid, checked everything out and even played with our dog. Customer service as it should be! Very pleased, highly recommend.

These guys are great. We were on our way back from a hunting trip and no one in 100mls would help us. These guys will!! Being a out of towner I was expecting a high bill but, nope. Extremely fair. The service department performs work without any communication with the customer, even while waiting in the lobby. Leaving my vehicle with them, they fixed the initial problem, never communicating with me as to what the problem was or to authorize the work. The only communication I received was to tell me I needed a tune-up, which I refused at the time. Two subsequent phone calls and they insisted I needed a tune-up and again, two times I said NO. I called to arrange to pick up my vehicle and pay and was told they did a tune up. My truck now runs worse than it ever has in the time I have owned it. I could go on with the other things they did, but in speaking with members of the community, I have heard the same story over and over. They do what ever they want and then expect you to pay for it. I wrote to them outlining the entire ordeal and have yet to receive any response. I wouldn't trust them to bury a dead dog.

I bought a car there and It broke down a few days later it was alot of money they told my parents they were going to call us in 3 to 5 days to see what's wrong with it and nothing. No call no email nothing. It's been 2 or 3 months I think and I need answers! Why have you not called? Atlest tell me what's wrong with it that's some b.s.!

IF YOU EVER BREAK DOWN IN CHAMBERLAIN SOUTH DAKOTA DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO WILLRODT FORD. MY CAR BROKE DOWN AND I HAD A TOW TRUCK TAKE ME THERE TO GET IT FIXED.I WAS STUCK THERE FOR THREE DAYS BECAUSE MY CAR WAS NOT FIXED PROPERLY THE FIRST DAY. THEY ALSO DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE SAME PROBLEM THEY WAS SUPPOSE TO FIX THE FIRST DAY I ARRIVED. ON THE THIRD DAY WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FIXED AND I TRIED TO LEAVE BACK OUT I ONLY MADE IT 134 MILES BEFORE MY CAR BROKE DOWN AGAIN. SO THEY GET MY CAR TOWED TO A TOWN 200 MILES FROM THEM TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP THAT SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM THEY WE COMPLETELY BOOKED AND COULDNT WORK ON MY CAR AND NOW IM COMPLETELY STRANDED. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THE DEALERSHIP SAID THEY COULD NOT FIX MY CAR THEY TOOK THEIR PHONE OFF THE HOOK. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE SO IF YOU EVER BREAK DOWN IN OR CLOSE TO CHAMBERLAIN SOUTH DAKOTA DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!
