Service was fast for our chicken strip baskets and got us back on the road. Sadly food poisoning symptoms happened directly after. Fries should not taste like flea powder along with chicken strips should not be mush. Something was seriously wrong and we are now suffering and ruined our trip for a wedding. Thanks DQEDIT: in response to the "Dairy Queen Corporate Fan Relations Team". Requesting me to contact you directly through a bitly link along with "Use the Store Locator to obtain the contact information for that restaurant." is not acceptable. If I wanted to contact the store directly I would have. I prefer to notify the other consumers on the potential food poisoning rather than talking to the manager.

Brianna did such an amazing job making my Cotton Candy Blizzard cake!! It was so creamy and delicious and tasted better than any blizzard I have had!! I'll definitely come back to this Dairy Queen for my next Blizzard cake (as long as Brianna is making it)!

Be careful because this location does not have proper sinage and looks just likes a building. The gal at the counter was new Also that she wished people would help her. I didn't get my ranch dressing which is not the end of the world. Instead of a plain hamburger I received a double hamburger with ketchup, pickes etc. The Ice tea on the fountain pop sprayed my hand. There was standing water on the floor by the pop dispenser. The restaurant is dated and is also in need of a good cleaning!! Blizzard served right side up. I did mention it (as it is posted), her response was that if she did that it would spill. She then stated she would have to give me the next one free. If that's not what it is, do not post that if it's not served upside-down the next one is free!

When I walked up to the counter the cashier looked like she'd rather be playing in traffic. No greeting whatsoever. Even when I greeted her, nothing in return.The food was all great, no complaints at all in that department.The flies were a bit of a problem though. It's hard to enjoy your food while flailing about trying to get rid of them. Maybe hand out a fly swatter with each order?

Slow service and staff is not service minded. Ice cream took a long time to prepare though plenty of staff and few customers. The mint milkshake tasted of vanilla with a slight taste of mint, same with the very cherry blizzard - vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips. The girl touched her hair while preparing ice cream - hairnet could be a solution. Disappointing experience overall. Would give 1 star but gets two because we’ve had ice cream here in the past where the ice cream was as expected from DQ.

Ordered large root beer large fry large twist cone. Repeated it back to her 4 times. Got to window and she handed me a vanilla dipped cone (ordered a twist) a large coke a large root beer and fry. Told her I didn’t order a coke so she said oops, took it back and shut the window. Had to wait for her to open it to ask for refund on coke ($3.19) They either need a better drive thru microphone or better help asap

Walked in at opening. Tables were dirty and was told they couldn’t cook cheese curds not that they were out just couldn’t cook them 🤔🤷🏼♂️ also the cook was on his phone finally a young woman came to take my order. Probably won’t stop here again.The food I did end up ordering was pretty good.

Ben was our cashier. Such a sweet guy. I didn’t catch the names of the two young ladies in the back. Our order came out perfectly in about five minutes with a steady stream of customers. Great stop on this long highway across South Dakota. Also appreciate the clean bathroom.

Dq food is good and this dq is too! They like every other restaurant in this town struggles to find enough help. If there are many cars this will not be a fast stop, especially in the drive thruKid-friendliness: Has high chairs and you won't feel bad when the kids make a mess

We arrived on Memorial day. They were busy. Only one cashier trying to get orders and deliver them. We stood in line for 15 minutes to place our order. Then waited another 15 minutes and got our sundae which was already starting to melt and then waited another 30 minutes to get our meal.. food was mediocre at best. We visit Chamberlain often and will not be back here. Will try Arby's or McDonald's. This has been in the reviews before but obviously have not been taken care of- what a shame.

The food was OK. Wouldn't say it had anything to do with the service. That was OK. The drive thru speaker seems like it doesn't pick up your voice well because we had to repeat several things. The order was correct. I don't think we will be stopping there again on our trips. Just wasn't impressed with the taste.

We came in with 13 boys and 5 adults at lunch time. Our orders were cooked fresh, food was hot. Ice cream cold and delicious. Staff was courteous and service was efficient and quick.Only complaint floor was super sticky and caused shoes to stick to it.

Nice people but the lack of cleanliness in the lobby made us really question returning the next time we are driving back to Rapid City. Had hair in our food and undercooked chicken bites. Floors were very dirty. Hope it can improve!

We arrived right at 10pm after driving in the rain for four hours. They waited on us in the drive thru and were very gracious and acted like it was no big deal. It was a big deal for us, we were tired and hungry and they took good care of us.

We waited for at least 20 minutes in the drive thru for a simple 2 cheeseburger meal order. We were trying to be patient, but when we got to the window, the cashier didn't even speak to us or acknowledge us besides taking our card and handing us our food. We will not be back.

Service and food is consistently lacking.UPDATE* Went there yesterday since its been a while. took 20 minutes to get a burger through the drive through. there was only two cars ahead of me. crying baby in the back of my vehicle. not enjoyable.

They are great as I prefer napkin in my box of chicken and fries as I can taste the wax on the other paper. 99% my order is just perfect as I asked. The young lady that waited on my was friendly, accommodating, and smiling. She always says "Thank You" to an old lady that means a lot

Incredibly slow service. Staff appears to lack any customer service skills. Waited at least 20 minutes for a simple order. I haven’t seen one blizzard tipped upside down....likely because it would fall on the floor. My husband’s blizzard looks like soup. Very disappointing.
