Although it's an older hotel and there was no elevator, it was a really nice and clean place. My health is good and I said that a 2nd floor room was ok. It was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great. The location across the street from a nice pizza place was convienent , and you can walk over to the bridge and see the Missouri River. I will stay at this hotel each time I'm traveling to Montana.Rooms: I had a room with a single queen size bed. A small table with 2 chairs and a working television. The internet was good. Everything was clean. I needed to get some rest after 9 hours, and I was very happy with my stay.Walkability: I loved being able to walk across the street to get some good Italian food. After driving for 9 hours I didn't want to get back in my car and go looking for some place to eat. I also liked the fact that I was only 1 block away from the Missouri River, and you can walk on the the bridge and see how pretty it was.Noteworthy details: They have a really nice swimming pool inside of a separate building. Most places I have stayed the swimming pool is closed for repairs or something.

Stopped here on a whim coming home from black hills. Room was expensive $149 on a Saturday night, but we were tired and didn’t care. Clean. Room was very cold and comforter consisted of a sheet. Had to wear a sweatshirt and leggings to bed as I was cold! No extra blankets in room. Shower was very nice! Free breakfast was good also. Safe.

Nice clean hotel right off the river. Blackout curtains are good, and it's not noisy despite being off of a business road. Bathroom is really clean and nice, lots of sink space. Breakfast is hot. The pool and hot tub are separate from the main building so as not to disturb guests which is nice, however I would recommend water shoes as the bottom of the pool and stairs are slippery, not textured, and the entry stairs to the pool are on the side where the bottom slopes at an angle. The room I stayed at didn't have a fridge or microwave, so I would inquire when you reserve a room, or use the common microwave in the breakfast area.

Had a great one night stay on a trip headed west with my mom. We had a greatcheck in, the gal was so nice and gave us great recommendations for dinner and told us where the laundry mat was too. Although it is a little dated, it was clean. The beds were comfy, the showers were warm and had good water pressure. Thanks for a great stay!

Lee's Motor Inn Best Western is a great motel. It's located at the perfect spot in Chamberlain. It's right next to the beautiful river and everything in town is walkable. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. My husband and I and 4 school aged kids were there for 6 days. The breakfast was great every day. Everyone had plenty of good food, cold and hot items. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub.The staff were friendly and very helpful. We will go to Lee's Motor Inn any chance we get! Thank you.

They were doing renovations at the time of our stay but everything was still - so quiet and so clean! The indoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. The rooms were great, and quiet and a good sleep.Breakfast was amazing: juice/coffee/cocoa/scrambled eggs/sausages/biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins....great quantities, well-attended, clean....it was perfect!

5 stars with the understanding it’s a budget stay. Stopped overnight on a road trip. Super nice folks who worked there. Nice clean room. Hearty breakfast; I appreciated it was served at 6:30am so we could hit the road early. It’s right next to the water. Well-lit parking lot. Random note but I liked that our room door was inside instead of outside.

Big families - stop here! Everything is wonderfully clean. When I stopped into the front desk area to ask for a bottle opener, one of the girls who works there was lovingly washing the walls with a mop. The entire place is taken care of with absolute pride. Across the street is Upper Crust pizza - the Philly cheesesteak pizza is DELICIOUS.We had a large room with a king bed and a queen. Made alllll the difference for sleeping with three small kids and two adults. I slept better than I do at home. The bathtub and toilet appeared to be practically brand new.I was hugely impressed. Kudos to the family that runs this place.

Good place for a 1 night stay while heading out west for a vacation. Clean, quick check in, and dog friendly. There isn't much in the way of dog exercise/potty area except a small strip of grass immediately to the west of the hotel but there's a very nice park just up the street to the north. Pizza, gas, and snacks all in the immediate area. Would stay again.

Solid place. Nice simple clean, pleasant room. Not large. No fridge or microwave but you can use the microwave in the lobby. They could probably save some money by updating their 1994-era 3-gallon flush toilets, which are also quite low in height (attention seniors). Just a block from the river and little downtown. The usual chain hotel breakfast. Recommended. They really should replace those too-low water guzzling toilets first.

Very clean. Friendly management and housekeeping. Our daughter enjoyed the extra room in the suite. Affordably pet friendly ($10) which we appreciated because it has been incredibly hot outside and the a/c was terrific-our pup needed a break on the trip, too! Just a note to people planning to stay with their pets: please don’t let them sleep in the beds or relieve themselves inside. Small business owners like those of this hotel franchise are working extra hard to make a living in this difficult economy. As a former owner of a business, I know what it’s like when careless customers ruin things like bedding, towels, or carpeting: it really hurts our bottom line. Let’s be thoughtful of others!

We were camping/ hunting in Chamberlain in our cab over camper. The weather was soooo cold and after a few days we decided to get a hotel so we could spread out a little, have a hot bath and relax with a movie in bed. This BW was just what we needed! The room was very clean and comfortable. The water hot. We slept sooooo good! The bed was comfy. It was quiet and breakfast was good. I appreciate that it was pet friendly so our little hunter could come in, warm up and relax too.It was so cold that our truck key fob wouldn’t work to unlock the truck which wouldn’t have been a big deal, except my husband had started the truck, turned up the heater and locked it to warm it up while we grabbed breakfast in the hotel. So yes. We were locked out of our running truck. However, the guy working behind the counter took time to help us get it unlocked. He was so nice and really went out of his way to ‘save’ us! I wish I had gotten his name!If you are looking for a luxury hotel-this isn’t exactly that. But it is clean, comfortable, welcoming and a great price for what you get! We’d definitely stay again. I give you five stars BW!!

In the world of motels this is a 5, in the world of hotels it's a 4. Breakfast was a bit light. OK rooms, but a bit dated compared to some sub $200 hotels.

I stayed with my family here on a cross country trip and as such I have stayed at tons of hotels so far. I can honestly say that this was the friendliest hotel I have stayed at. Jackie was working the front desk and as soon as I asked about where to park our car with trailer she came out and helped find a spot. Then when i asked about a luggage carrier she said the hotel didnt have one but she would be willing to help us with our luggage. It is this kind of above and beyond care that makes me highly recommend the hotel. Jackie is awesome and deserves to the recognized by managment.

This is off of I90 and exit 265 then thru town. Hotel is right before the bridge. An older hotel, 2 stories, where you park by your room. Nice parking lot. We had a king room which was clean. Shower does not get as hot as we would like but that is fine. Check in and check out was easy. Drop your keys in a box. Beds were comfortable and tv worked. MCDONALD'S is just down the street and there are other restaurants nearby. We did not eat breakfast at hotel. They have a hot tub and pool building. The pool was cold and the hot tub was warm. Very nice building and clean. There was also an ice machine in the building . Would recommend this hotel. Reasonably priced.

This place has potential, but missed the mark in several areas.First the good: the people are nice; check-in was smooth; room furniture is in fairly good repair; pet-friendly; the sheets and towels were clean, and room size is decent. Not so good: the hotel itself is circa 1960's with only surface renovations completed, most fixtures/ electrical are very outdated (all in working condition, at least); the drop ceiling in our room was misaligned and had a concerning number of water stains; there was an unacceptable amount of spiderwebs/ cobwebs in all corners of the room and the bathroom had dead June bugs next to/behind the commode (so many large daddy longlegs, in fact, I was compelled to ask the staff for a fly swatter - which was [kindly] provided without question); the room door and lock were in disrepair, with a nearly 1/2" gap under the door; and finally, the very dark carpet in the room made it difficult for me to find the crushed bodies of spiders to pick up, but using my phone flashlight was a big mistake... I'm sure the rooms are vacuumed between guests, but the sheer number of dead bugs and debris from previous guests revealed by the brighter light tells me the cleaning staff also struggles with the dark carpet. I didn't walk anywhere with bare feet.It has potential, just requires more TLC.
