We stayed at Belle Aire 4 nights while hunting in November 2023. It is an older place that has been remodeled and was perfect for our needs. The two bed room we had had the bathroom between the two beds to offer some privacy between the us. The place was clean and quiet. There was not any coffee pot in the room but the lady that manages the place had coffee ready in the office. The manager lady was nice and always around if we needed something. We will definitely stay here again

Nonstop blaring music all hours of the night. No respect for anyone else sleeping in this motel. Tried sleeping through it and had the worst sleep only to come to morning and they still have music so loud. Please don't stay here unless you have no other possible choice. It's cheap for a reason I found out. They even said "it gets a little loud at night" excuse me? Is this not a hotel? Do they not care how anyone acts in these rooms that effects the other staying here? Clearly.

Bed bugs, outdated rooms, horrible towels and blankets. The only rooms that are nice are the ones downstairs, but they did remodel due to a bed bug infestation. Only those rooms were re-done. The others are out of date and very dirty. Also, room prices are all a lie. If you are a fisher or hunter you get $55 a night. Any one else is paying $80+++

I stayed here for 3 months for work. It was a pleasant experience. Most of the rooms have been remodeled and are nice. The rates are extremely reasonable and they didn't try to raise them during hunting season. If I go back to the area, I will definitely be staying here again.

Didn’t need anything fancy for our pheasant hunting trip but this was down right disgusting. Thankfully was able to find the econo lodge across the river for a little more money but 10 times nicer. The office where you check in smells like an ashtray. We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom room that had 2 tvs a stove and more. We were given the most outdated stinky gross room. They luckily didn’t fight us on giving our money back. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The pictures on google are not accurate. There is no nice room. Run away. Don’t be persuaded by the price.

Decent and clean rooms at a great value. I was traveling solo and had a bedroom with a queen size bed. I felt safe. I booked for two nights and they made the bed and the room was refreshed while I was away. The decorative touches are cute. Lots of rustic wood elements that loo like someone took the time to make. If you're looking for a room to crash for a couple nights, this is a good place.

From my observations this review is not meant to be slander but informative for future patrons with little ones traveling.1st thing I would like to point out was the condition of the first room we were placed in, room 17 smelled like marijuana and the door would not close and lock securely. After informing the hotel staff they informed me to go back and try again and to push the door harder. As someone who has over a decade in security and being a military veteran I know how to lock and secure a door properly. A young man did come out and look at the door and address my concern.We were then moved to another room only to find out that a previous patron had just left the room and no one had yet attended to it. A young lady came out and apologized and handed us another key to a third room, by this point in time my wife and children were exhausted and we debated if the next room would be the last chance at getting rest or moving onto another location.This room was able to lock all saftey mechanisms on the door securely. The room was a bit worn down and it seems as if their prized room is the one advertised on google this one had stained carpets and the beds were out of date as well. I would not let my infant crawl around anywhere on that floor.2nd thing I did not notice a single security camera over looking any of the rooms or the lot with the vehicles. I understand that this was only an over night fast easy and cheap stop on our vacation but I would IMHO believe that if I was the owner of this property I would ensure all locking mechanisms were functional and up to date as well update the security at this location in order to prevent any issues with rooms being broken into or unwanted solicitors.I would not recommend this location for traveling families or patrons that are not traveling lightly. I spent a good amount of time getting up checking on my vehicle and the room through out the night ensuring my little ones were OK. Just an overly uneasy night counting the hours till our departure.

Came in late from the storm last night and was happy to be to greeted by the kind owner. Rooms are nicely renovated and unique compared to most places. Unfortunately, there was an issue with our original room but we were moved to another room no questions asked. Beds are comfy, tv, fridge provided and the hospitality of the owners is unbeatable. You can tell they work hard to upkeep the property and provide satisfaction 👍

I would say that whoever owns it has the right concept but is far from getting it together. The place on a whole needs a lot of maintenance work!Our room was surface clean, carpets very dirty. Bathroom clean with thin Dollar store towels folded nicely. No instructions that they had Hulu tv so was a struggle too. Frustrating!Office was not organized & inviting. Made you wonder what the rest of the place was like.If you are on a very tight budget this would be ok. Not something we will recommend at all. They really need to get some help for earning good business if they care.

We booked 5 rooms 6 months in advance. Contacted them again 3 months in advance to update we only needed 4 rooms. They had us under the wrong name with the correct phone number. Called again the day before arrival to verify. Had us listed under the wrong name so we updated that and it was allegedly corrected. At check in, they didn’t have us listed for rooms. The rooms we did get were smelly, dirty, the bathroom door was off the hinge and there was a hole in the door, the boards underneath the bed were broken and there were a lot of flies. We’ve stayed here in the past with prior owner and it was a great place to stay. Unfortunately we will never stay here again. The suite was the best room of the motel, which two of our couples stayed in. I’m not one to be negative, but it was not a good experience.

Was out here for work and stayed here for almost a month,we were in a large room with three beds and a kitchen the stay was absolutely awesome the staff (Jessica and Donna ) were amazing and in my opinion work extremely hard to keep things nice there 🤩🤩so keep up the good work y'all !! the rooms were very clean and comfortable. and they have the best fire 🔥🔥 pit ever out front going every night and it took me the whole month to out last Jessica at the fire but I did it our last night it was definitely the coolest place I have stayed in a long time and can't wait to go back....miss y'all already.

My fiancé and a group of people stayed last night and were woken up by bed bugs. That place is infested with them and the manager and manager’s daughter said that room #47 they stayed in has always had them. They even tried to remodel and they are still there. Would post a video of them in this review if I could showing all the bugs crawling on the wood walls and them on the beds! Do not recommend this place and would give negative stars if possible.

Usually I'm not one to complain but I did have issues that makes me not want to stay there again. First off the door had 1 lock on it. Just 1. As someone that is sceptical I hated that. Secondly the layout was very awkward and didn't make sense. Third the towels were dirty and I had no faith in getting more. The one plus side I did have to the room was it was a clean bed. Most places were fully booked when we came into town, we called and the guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful, when we arrived check in was quick and easy. Dog friendly and affordable. We got a room that wasn’t renovated yet, and it was fine for just one night. There were some bugs like gnats, mosquitoes and moths in the room that were flocking around the lights. Seemed pretty normal given the motel is right by the water. Just smashed em and went to sleep. Good for a one night stay at a good price!

Came into town and late and there was no availability with other well known hotel chains. My wife found this gem and we were very happy with our experience. Very cool wood working and clean room. The front desk was super accommodating. Would definitely stay here/recommend it to others for future visits.

If your looking for a Marriott , this place is not for you. If you are looking for a road trip stay that is unique and extremely clean with amazing service then check this place out!Room was large (we had a triple). Kids had their own twin beds in the back, which to them was like having their very own room. Everything was very clean. One of the cleanest rooms we stayed in.Woke up to a note on the door about coffe and donuts! It was a memory maker for sure. We plan to go back in the future.

Just stayed at this Motel for the past 3 days and it was exceptional. Greg the owner was AWESOME! The rooms were exactly what you need for a quick fishing trip. The rooms were well maintained and very very clean! There was a fish cleaning station, outlets outside to plug in the boat after a day of fishing. Next time I'm in town, I will definitely being staying here again. Thanks for the hospitality and making our stay fantastic!

We have stayed here a few times on our roadtrips and liked it but this last time was wonderful. They renovated the rooms and they are beautiful. The woodwork is amazing. Our dogs love it here too. Rich checked us in at 2am last night after we were driving all night and it was so nice to have such friendly and welcoming service. I could tell he takes pride in this place. It's like a different motel compared to when we stayed this winter. We will be back!

We were driving through, on our way east, looking for a place to get some sleep. We needed a place that was clean, pet-friendly, and had room to park a trailer. All the hotels we stopped at were full. My son found this place online, and we thought we would give it a try. This place was exactly what we were looking for and more. Great customer service and great price too! The kids and I loved the rustic decor. We are very happy we stayed here. Thank you!!!

Great wifi. Clean. Staff is awesome. Rich is welcoming and helpful. Theres little nicks and dings here and there, but they're working on it. Rooms are under constant renovation. But the finished result is great. Looks like custom woodwork. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Ac worked. Quiet area, pretty area, seemed safe. Beds comfy. Pillows comfy. Has a fridge and microwave.

A great place to lay your head after a long day on the road. A roadside motel all lower level, individual doors with benches outside. Nice 👌 even for one of the un-remodeled rooms it was clean and comfy. I would have loved coffee in the room or at the desk, but no. Close to several restaurants, fast food and gas stations in a quiet, sleepy little town.

We stayed for three days for a fishing trip and it was outstanding. Owner and manager were more than accommodating with setting up a fish cleaning station, keeping out garbage out of our room, allowing us to hang out in the office to play some dice, as well as getting us hooked up with great parking and electric plugs for out boat. What a heck of a place to stay to recharge our batteries, as well as our boat batteries!!! So much fun!!! Room was clean, ample parking for boats, and a friendly staff made our trip worthwhile!!!

We were in a bit of a pinch, with nowhere else to stay, and the staff on call was super helpful, offering us the last available room and disclosing exactly why it hadn't been rented yet (minor things like some buttons on AC didn't work, but cold air still came out). Made it easy for us to accept the "risks" and make an informed decision. Appreciated his honesty, and a clean place to sleep that night!
