Ashley is amazing per usual. She goes above and beyond to make your experience the best possible as well as help out any way possible. I was out of contacts and she got me trials to get me by until my scheduled appointment. Instead of shipping them to me (and having to wait another couple of days), she contacted me about a cancellation knowing I would like to be seen asap. Dr. Perman was willing to listen to my concerns and make the changes I felt I needed, which is what took my vision up a notch as well as the comfort of my lenses too.

Was looking for a new eye doctor and I am glad I found 605 Vision. I highly recommend them. Very friendly and helpful. Dr Permann took the time to find out what my needs are and how I need to see. Getting older options become harder, but he explained how each option would work and showed me how I would see with that option. I never felt rushed to make a decision, and he gave very knowledgeable and well thought out advise. The staff was all very helpful. Everything from tests to payment was explained thoroughly. I never was left wondering about anything!! My only regret is I didn’t find them sooner. Well worth the trip to Chamberlain!!

What a wonderful experience I had with Dr. Permann and his staff! My regular eye doctor was unavailable, so when I had a painful medical condition with my eyes, 605 Vision was able to work me in that same day, diagnose the condition, and provide the necessary treatment. .Dr. Permann is professional and competent with a caring manner. He did a great job of explaining my diagnosis and the necessary treatment, along with the steps necessary to heal my eyes and prevent future episodes. The equipment appears to be state-of-the art. His staff is lovely; kind and compassionate. I am so grateful for the care I received.

The prices and insurance coverage was explained up front so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. We starting going to them because they were the closest office to take my vision insurance and now we continue to go because of how awesome they are.
