This is the type of small town, off the beaten path bar and grill you always hope you are going to find.The menu had plenty of options and they all sounded good. I went with my bar and grill standard - a burger with a side of cheese curds. The burger was fresh, perfectly cooked and served on a quality bun. As for the side, I only have one criteria for good cheese curds; they need to be cooked in a clean fryer with good oil - they hit both marks and served up a tasty basket of curds.Great food, great service and fair prices. If you're in the area, drive a few extra miles to experience this back road gem.

What a great little secret Canova has! The staff is friendly and the food is awesome! Burgers, chislic, chicken, good selection of sandwiches. We went with a large group and every meal was excellent. Friendly small town service. Gotta love it.
