Went to eat tonight. Waitress was busy so I totally cannot fault her at all. She did the best she could do.Ordered walleye and it was cool to the touch and undercooked. No ketchup on the tables for fries and drinks were not refilled. Left hungry and thirsty. At least we were not charged for the walleye but we did pay $3 for one glass of soda. Anyway, can't fault the waitress as she did the best she could and was very sweet.

Dissapointed...I understand having a restaurant and it was great customer service and they have always been great on service. But, a casino in a bait shop? Now we have to buy our bait out of a vending machine? There was a person out there so mad that he bought minnos and they were all dead. I will still stop to get soda's for fishing, but will buy my bait somewhere else. I was very dissapointed that to me is just not expected. I understand and they do have great service and great food, but just be mindful that people still do want fresh bait and prolly not out of a vending machine.

Went to a place in canistota first, filthy and horrible service. So we left before we got our correct drinks. Came here and staff very pleasant and welcoming. Food was fantastic, I had the sirloin and my mother had a burger. Steak made perfect and the fries were great. Great service and great food will be coming again and recommending to others!

Had a GREAT porterhouse steak tonight! Cooked just right, excellent flavor and the best customer service! They also have GREAT burgers. And don’t leave out the shoestring fries! And a view of the lake!

This place is terrible they call themselves a “bait shop” but only sell worms, don’t have tackle, and don’t even sell a fishing license. The owner has a short fuse and is terrible to his customers. DON’T STOP HERE!
