Always courteous and polite! I tried switching to a local pharmacy, but that was a nightmare, so I went back to Hy-Vee. I don't mind driving 30 minutes to get my scripts. I always recommend them.

Earlier in the week I was upset about a prescription amount I was charged. An too their credit, Tom and Lori were very sympathetic to the issue and fixed it immediately. They turned the mishap into a teachable moment for the staff and for that I appreciate their work. PR responded to my review and Tom called within a few minutes. 3 days later lori fixed it. Believe it would of been faster but lori was busy doing a community flu shot event. Which we also appreciate. Thanks

Takes forever to get a prescription filled and even when they tell you it will be ready, it's not and you will have to come back later. I submitted a prescription refill before it expired but they didn't have it so their system "bumped it" (their words). Rather than contacting me, they let it expire, so when I showed up on the date/time it was supposed to be ready, I couldn't fill it. They are constantly understaffed and just shrug and say "I don't know" or "Sorry, I can't help you." Will never be going back there again. Wish I could give them lower than a 1-star rating.

They have failed to provide the services I needed. I understand things become busy and hectic, but no excuse in these cases.#1 When my infant son had surgery he needed bladder medication, and I was told it would take two days, and to contact the doctor because we would have to wait. I contacted my doctor said it was the pharmacy's job to provide the medication.. I went back later that night and they had it ready.#2 I was told by my doctor what medication to pick up for my son, the pharmacist argued with me about giving my son capsules, when I told them it would be used in food. I even showed them the order from my doctor online. She proceeded to argue with me then had the audacity to ask what it was for. It took me having to contact my son's doctor to contact Hy-Vee pharmacy just to get his meds - which were for keeping his food down because of his vomiting issues. Got a phone call from the pharmacist that argued with me about how to use the meds, which I had told her directly the night before.#3 I could not pick up my sons medication ( which is for keeping food and formula down) and was told it would take 2-3 days, because they ran out. They also took the last pills and now my son will be out of medication for days.

They are THE SLOWEST pharmacy in the world!!!!! Takes SEVERAL days to get a script filled...better call a week or 2 ahead!!Im done with them...and ive only used them twice now!!! Going elsewhere to get my scripts filled!! Zero stars if they let me!!

If you want to be given attitude for showing up to pick up your prescription a full 2 hours after it was called in this is the pharmacy for you.

I have never had a good experience here. Very slow and often times don't have what I need, even when I have called ahead of time. This is looking over the past year I have gotten scripts for my son. I recommended hy vee pharmacy in watertown or Sioux falls any day!

Just switched pharmacies. $300 for my prescription. Would not honor discount card. Went across the street to Lewis. $0 co pay. Their prices vary every time I pick up my prescriptions. Was not able to get some of my medication because the price was too high. $0 at Lewis. Why?
