This place has decent stuff like all other dunham's. But they dont honer dunam's ad's or sales. Prices are jacked up. Not sure if it has to do with college in brookings taking advantage people that will just pay full price. Anything to make a buck i guess !!!!

Customer service is always an issue. Help is difficult to find when questions need answered, fitting booths need unlocked, etc.

One of my favorite places to shop hands down. The staff is very helpful and have decent knowledge on products. The product selection is outstanding.

They offer a wide selection of items but I've never been greeted or offered assistance. During my visits the employees hang out together by the registers even when store is not busy. It isn't a fun place to shop and a little more expensive than other local options. I'd rather shop where I know my business is appreciated.

I asked the manager to be on the lookout for my lost earring. He took a picture of the one I still had and he posted the picture where the employees could see it and one of the employees found it and they called me. So happy. Such great customer service!

I used to be a regular at this store but will not be giving them my business anymore as one of their staff members is the rudest clerk I have ever encountered on two separate occasions. They do not wear name tags but it is the younger grey haired employee who never wears a mask. I will travel to Sioux Falls to scheels from here on out.

My family went in to pick up a weight bench, and the two girls working refused to load it for us even though we were told they would. They told us they had just loaded a treadmill, so they couldn’t load our bench for us. They told us we would have to come back the next day for it. We ended up loading the bench ourselves so that we could take it home.

I go to the one in Brookings and check out guns. Friendly, knowledgeable, staff. I will be buying one from them in the future I'm sure. Always a good time.

The bathrooms were absolutely ATROCIOUS! nasty toilets, garbage on the floor, and no paper towels. Hardly any help in the store and those working weren't personable whatsoever.

First person at the register could not figure out how much was on my gift card had to ask a second person to which the first was to busy messing around with his cellphone to help figure it out. Had to leave it with them so they could have corporate check it, left my name and number with them, will see if I hear anything back probably out the gift card. Me and my wife went back to get new shoes. I never got any help. A person asked my wife if she needed another size she said yes he got her that size and disappeared. Those didn't fit. She picked out 3 more but no help to get another size. Finally a person showed up and got her a different size of only one of the 3 she had picked out and then he disappeared also. Those didn't fit. We gave up and left. They lost a sale on a pair for my wife and a pair for me. Also there were so many boxes of shoes lying around from other people trying on that were not put back. It was a mess. I never understand why (especially when the product is a sale item like the Champion T-shirts are today) are on the top of the display where we can't reach them without a sales person's help.
