Sarita was amazing! She took care of my maltipoo, Tuna! She was so professional, kind and made sure Tuna and I were both at ease! She made sure Tuna was familiar with the area and let her wander around for a minute to sniff and see what was what since Tuna had some anxiety! Tuna looks adorable and I wish Sanita could follow me around the country with us! Forever thankful I found her shop! Thanks Sanita!

My 14 yr old Westie was in dire need of grooming! I'm not able to groom her myself and was in search of a grooming 'home' for her. Gabby was her groomer and she was wonderful. She listened to all my concerns/wishes so nicely, taking Annie's age, arthritis, & poor eyesight into consideration. Annie returned to me w/BIG smiles & felt so good about herself! She loves her "summer cut!" She hasn't quit smiling for days! They were professional, did an excellent job, price was reasonable, & were kind to my little girl. We will be repeat customers! Thank You, Gabby!

I have a miniature poodle, so she gets matted easily. I have told Sarita that I do not like her shaved. I picked her up and she was shaved. WITH A BALD SPOT. Sarita pointed to the bald spot and said "If I did a sh*tty job, this is what she would look like all over." So she purposely gave my dog a bald spot, instead of doing her job. Took 2.5 hours and charged me $53. When I got there she was almost already done with another dog. I got there 5 minutes after she called me, so it wasn't 2.5 hours if she was already with another dog.

This was our first time coming to Sarita and she was so great! She got us in, in a short notice, and did exactly what I asked when it came to our dogs cut! I highly reccomend her and will be going back!

I took my foster pup, Fancy, in for a groom and Sarita was so great! She answered all the questions I wasn't even sure to ask (first-timer here) and was so loving to little Fancy. I got in the same week and Fancy was only there an hour or so - she looked fantastic! Thank you Sarita and team!
