I was in town for business for three nights and everybody who asked where I was staying was glad to hear I was at Northern Lights. This place was exceptionally clean!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. This place has a lot of charm to it. They have a very basic breakfast, but quite sufficient. There is also a full bar, so if you want a nightcap or two, just ask the front desk and they will serve it right up for you.My room was large and very comfortable. The price was fair.I'm going to be back in town later in the year and look forward to staying at Northern Lights Inn again!

Amazing little motel, I've been to a lot of hotels both the big chains and small roadside places. And this is top of the list. Very nice clean rooms, an excellent staff and even a little bar. The breakfast is a simple, help yourself spread but it's better than a number of buffet style breakfasts I've had at hotels. I expected a mediocre motel and this place was phenomenal.

I am not sure of the series of events that lead us to Britton South Dakota. We managed to land at the Northern Lights Inn. We were greated by a super friendly front desk staff member. Part of our event required us to get back to bed at 3 am and almost miss breakfast. The front desk lady made us waffles! She legit cooked them for us. If my situation ever puts me in this town again 10/10 would stay at this place. Clean room and friendly people! Rooms were very clean.

Very nice, clean room. Not much noise. Only complaint is that they didn't have a fridge to put in my room for my breastmilk. They did make up for it by offering to store it behind the desk. Overall great experience!

Excellent service and nice rooms. Not sure what else you need.Water tastes metallic in Britton, so plan to buy water or filters or bring your own if you're going to be there for long.

This place is amazingly nice. The people are nice and the place is very clean. I'd say it's just as good, if not better than big chain hotels. There is plenty of parking and the continental breakfast is satisfactory. I would stay here again and again.

My recent stay at this hotel was surprising.The facility was not what I expected by the reviews I was nervous however the facility was clean, staff was friendly. The prices were higher than I believe they should be for a town of its size and more hotel options. I would stay again .

Conti. Breakfast open and ready at 4:30 AM for hunters...impressive. Pizza delivered to my room. Julie quickly helped get my TV going. Clean, Quiet, Helpful. Well-done

We had the best visit. The people who helped me was very pleasant and very helpful. The motel was very clean. The contenial breakfast was very nice and a nice variety. I would recommend the Northern Lights Inn to everybody.

This is the only place in town. Wish the hvac unit had a fan on function that didn't exclude the temperature control. If you turn the fan on, it won't control the temp. Very clean, nice staff.

Everything has been wonderful. This is a great spot for fishing the area. I had to take a couple of stars off because the ice machine is dirty and the ice unusable.

The place has bed bugs and is not able to fix the problem. I have tried to stay their time after time and it is still as dirty as the day I left. Don't count on the looks on the outside, this place is a dump.
