Took elk quarters to them had them all made into different kinds of sticks, sausage, jerky, summer sausage and old fashioned weiners and it is all awesome. It may cost you but it doesnt matter when it is that good.

Great selection of fresh, ground and smoked products! Tried maybe 7 or 8 flavors of brats or brat patties (our fav) and as many kinds of meat sticks. Creative and tasty!
