BEWARE. THIS GAS STATION IN BOX ELDER ARE SCAMMERS.Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star. I stopped to get gas because my gas light came on, in fact I had 4 miles until empty. So I pulled in and stopped at pump 5. I pumped some gas and got back into my car. I started it and my car always detected the gas right away (I never had an issue before.) Well my car did not detect any gas in the tank and my dash still said I had 4 miles until E. So I went inside and talked to cashier. That person was nice and went to get the manager. But the manger Tania was not, she was very rude. I explained to her what happened, even had proof I paid for it. I even offered to show her my dash because she obviously didn't believe me. She refused which was fine. I told her that pump 5 didn't give me any gas and it's broke. She claimed "her pumps work just fine." The old guy behind me claimed it would take longer since I was closer to E. But that wasn't the case either. I told her that some gas stations like to scam people and I'm sure that just happened to me. She went on saying "my pumps don't do that." She finally gave me a refund in cash even though I paid with my card. (Red flag right there.) Once I got back in my car, I sat there for a little bit to see if my gas gage would more.... it did not, so I left. I went to another gas station and got gas. Guess what happen????My gas gage moved, I actually got gas!!! (The image below is after I got in my car to prove I was at 4 miles until e.)

I am a regular customer and usually I have nothing bad to say about the place but today was terrible after getting harassed by management and staff after getting off work trying to make a purchase before going home to my family and was thrown out saying im not welcome for stealing when I don't ever think of doing such a thing especially a place I go to everyday and am a loyal rewards member. I don't get how you can just blame some random customer like that.Just lost a good customer. I really hope nobody else has to go through that there it was very embarrassing.Don't recommend

This is now a Fresh Start Franchise as they bought out the 4U due to owner retiring. They are making nice improvements and their prices are reasonable. Their gas prices are very competitive and their cigarette prices are less expensive than most convenience stores. Friendly service.

It is a nice store and very convenient since I only live about a mile away. It beats having to drive downtown when one wants a quick snack or for that time when you need purchase eggs or bread.I have been in the neighborhood for 8 years and this is my one complaint: they do not have any type of hand held shopping basket. Even now that they were purchased by the Fresh Start Franchise...still no basket. Yes, a person could bring in one of those reusable bags and get the same results. However, wouldn't it make sense for their corporate office to put them in the store? Let's face it, a basket says: "please come in and buy more stuff than you can hold in your hand." They are practically a mini grocery store and definitely bigger than places like Loaf and Jug.

They need to wipe the slate clean, fire everyone and start over. Maybe I came in at a bad time, that was the most rude ive ever seen at a yesway. Spent over 100 on diesel long day just wana go home but had to stand in line so the clerk could catch up with her home girl. Then i got a glare cause obviously im not a reg there. I sure miss the good ole days when you droped a hundo and at least got a ty have a nice day. If you want service head down country rd to the yesway on north haines. Night and day the difference in service. Worth the 2 dollar drive to me. Sure miss when old Swede owned it. Best lil caffe anywhere.

The most disrespectful male cashier. Will never go there again. I set my money on the counter and the cashier called me blind for not setting it in his hand. Then proceeded to throw my change on the counter and tell me to pick it up.

I was in there for gas on 2/11/14 the stupid cashier charged my card for 11 dollars instead of 10 and the bank just charged me a 20 dollar over draft so fyi they r ripping people off this is not the 1st time this same chick has done this sweed needs to get better workers i will never b back that is a promise.....
