So they have 6 people waiting to order and I'm next in line, but she won't take my order because the last customer had a big order. The drive thru person and front counter person and both cooks all need to work on that order before they can take anymore orders.....drive thru doesn't get told to wait tho. If this is how customer service scores stay good then you have the wrong idea. If I was a secret shopper you would of failed, Sara!!!!! Horrible reason not to help a paying customer.

This is a typical example of what I'd expect of Hardee's. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. I had a special request on my sandwich and that got missed after the order was places but the burger was hot and fresh. I tried one of their lemonades which was extremely sweet but still drinkable. I'd eat here again if in a pinch and I wanted a quick fast burger.

Filthy! No matter how I asked for fresh food I still got stale french fries and a burger. The cook looked like he hadn’t showered in awhile with his greasy hair. Young millennial with dark hair with the twitch. Do not eat at this place. Noone cleans the tabkes soda machine. Noone in the restaurant. They were hanging out behind the swinging door. The health department would shut this place down if they saw what I did.Parking: Its a truck stop so plenty of parking.

The guy that took our order literally belched in our face and didn't say excuse me, told me my child was "really hyper" and eye rolled, and didn't even give me all of my change. The bun for our burgers was pretty much rock solid and couldn't even eat them. The fries were decent and the onion rings were okay I guess. Overall, very big let down. I've had Hardee's a few other times, but this location was entirely different and didn't even come close to the other locations.Kid-friendliness: The guy that took our order was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards my son and to me. Unsure about the rest of the staff, but definitely was not a good experience with him.

These star ratings are when comparing them to other fast food places in the area. Service is usually moderately ok. Could be a little faster. But always worth the wait. Especially if you go in the middle of the night like I often do. The food is always just like you see it in the commercials. Staff is always friendly.Parking: Always has plenty of parking for everyday vehicles and semi trucks as well

Truckers here. Of all of the fast food restaurants we’ve been to recently this has by far been the best. The employees are actually friendly, and don’t act as if they hate their job/life like we’ve been dealing with a lot lately elsewhere. The guy working the front is friendly and all of the employees seem to communicate well with each other as well as with the customers. While I’m sure this isn’t their ideal job, it’s the simple things that make an experience enjoyable. I’m sure everyone they deal with isn’t pleasant, especially at a truck stop, but they don’t let it kill their mood and treat others poorly. So it’s appreciated.

I didn't get the Lady's name..But between her and Chris , they really made my day. They were more than pleasant, they were sincere..And at that moment I needed a smile and a kind word.. They went wY above and beyond ... just simply by basically being themselves.. Truly truly appreciate these workers... They deserve a raise

Just left this location. Our food was freezing like room temperature. Immediately turned around the guy first tried to question us about a receipt like didn't recognize us at all from 4 minutes earlier. He went to get the manager. Manager tried to swear there was no way it was cold we handed him the bag and he was really weird about it and said "I guess it's kinda cold I could make it again if you want"He said he was the manager but was literally wearing an adult swim t-shirt with no name tag. Honestly the whole thing was just way too much and I was scared they would mess with my food so just drove away without the new food. Just not going back.

Young man at drive through was very courteous and friendly. Had an excellent attitude. He will go far in life!The food.. Best French fries a person could ask for. Crisp, hot, very tasty. I had the Swiss, mushroom burger. Best one I have ever had. Beats all the restaurants I have tried. Hot, fresh, juicy, and the burger was larger than the bun. Way to go Box Elder Hardees at Loves truck stop.

Whomever is managing this place really needs to retrain some people. “Dean” took my order. He thought it was hilarious to misspell everyone’s name as he was taking orders. Totally screwed my order up and when confronted went and hid in the drive thru. Blonde haired gal with all the tats was the exact same way. Very arrogant.

This is bad location for drivers they have very small shawur dirty not enough restroom and bad management not coopreter for the drivers this is my 2nd time kick me out from the free spat parking . As you know guys at night time most of the spots are full . We do parking at the free spot as we did like another love locations but in this location they don't even if there isn't hours to drive .They kick me to make a violation what he said this is not my problem when he was kicked me . I was done my hours. I can't go anywhere.I told him but He kicked me from the yard.

This Hardees is hardly ever properly staffed. The crew will make you wait at the order screen for multiple minutes, to just say "please wait a few minutes" followed by complete silence. I'll give them this, they usually will get your order right, but I'd hope so if each order takes them more than the usual time to complete. As one of the busiest truck stops in the state, idt this is okay.

I was greeted by Emily K. She was very friendly professional and helpful. I'm a trucker so I visit a lot of places. I wanted mushroom and swiss burger with bacon made with onion rings. The cook walked by and said NO PROBLEM I'd be happy to do it. We discussed how delicious my burger would be and served it with a smile.Great experience here and I will definitely be back to dine in!
